I have tried many different FM Transmitters in the past, and this one definitely worked the best. Besides the competitive prices, this product actually owned up to its hype. It worked great with my Iphone 3G, while the apple people tried to convince there wasn't a product out there like this... The sound was clear, and actually had bass to it. The best part was that the device also lets you use Hands-Free capability of the Iphone, and lowers the music on its own while connecting the call. I ordered an Mp3 Player from this Seller through Amazon. Received the confirmation email within 5 hours stating that my item has been shipped. But the item never reached me. I strongly believe that the seller cheated me by sending it to the wrong address.

About 2 months ago, I bought an "iSimple ISFM22 TranzIt Universal Bluetooth Enabled FM Transmitter Car Kit" from a retail store and installed it in my Audi. It works (although there are occasional issues syncing with my phone), but I have 2 other cars, so a few weeks ago I ordered an "GOgroove FlexSMART X3 Bluetooth FM Transmitter" from Accessory Genie. I love this thing! Accessory Genie had the product to mean with 3-4 days and and to be honest, I'd much rather have it than the installed one. I've had absolutely no trouble when syncing and the controls allow simple functionality without touching the phone, and the sound quality is great. The next time I'm looking for something like this, I'll definitely check Accessory Genie first!

In 4 years of buying, this was the one and only really bad experience, bought an HP-4809
battery for my laptop (Accessory Genie was the only one who offered international shipping for batteries), which i didnt receive (i usualy receive shipments from the u.s within 20 days max.), contacted (by email) Todd A at Accessory Genie who claimed shipping another one which i also didnt receive, after informing them several times by email that i still didnt receive the battery, they ( Todd A and Jake M) first claimed that they will perform a refund after receiving back the shipped batteries, contacted them several times afterwards and at each time they claimed that they cant perform a refund unless they receive the batteries, finally (and after sending them many emails without receiving any reply and after waiting for approx. 9 months) they replyed claiming that they cant offer a refund for this order.

Date above is not the purchase date but the date I received the second battery from these guys.

This place is a total ripoff. They sell defective batteries and will not issue refunds.

The story.... I purchased a high capacity battery for my Sony laptop (VGP-BPL2 replacement) and it lasted about 6 weeks after which it failed to accept a charge. For a $15 handling fee Accessory Genie sent me another (that got supposedly misdirected somehow, I think intentionally withheld) but I finally got it after many complaints. That one lasted about 4 weeks when it suffered the same fate. They are using cheap Li-ion cells that have a ridiculously high failure rate.

They refused to give me a refund and only offered to replace the bad battery with yet another one, after I paid another $15 handling fee. I guess they are running a $15/month battery club. ;-) I cut my losses and said the heck with it.

Meanwhile my original OEM battery continues to work just fine. I am writing my review on the same computer.

Good thing I made my purchase direct from their website so I didn't have to deal with their uncalled for retaliatory eBay ratings. But they did behave obnoxiously by implying that I was the problem for wanting a battery that actually worked more than 6 weeks. I was mad and expressed the same in my e-mails to them w/o profanity but they reacted like spoiled children. I don't know how these people stay in business.

Too bad you guys are swearing off eBay because of these idiots. I have had nothing but good service from all sorts of vendors there. But I agree that eBay should toss these guys back to whatever crack they crawled out of.
