Before buying from Accessory Jack I had two main concerns:
1. the product I was ordering could possibly be fake, as it was almost half the price of UK stores! And..
2. I might have to pay customs duty buying from Hong Kong into the UK.
HOWEVER I didn't need to worry about either as my Sony Headphones were 100% genuine and arrived in an incredible 5 days without any unexpected delivery charges!! I've ordered stuff from down the road that's taken longer than 5 days to arrive!
I will definitely be buying from Accessory Jack again and would certainly recommend to anyone! And I'm not writing this because I'm connected to the company in anyway, I was simply extremely impressed by their prices and delivery speed. Keep up the good work guys!

After searching high and low to find a retail outlet who would ship to Australia, I ended up shopping with AccessoryJack.com.

The new Klipsch s4 Reference headphones were listed as brand new. And that's exactly what i got, a brand new pair of headphones. Shipping was extremely fast (came 3 business days later through non-express shipping), so all in all, i will DEFINITELY be shopping with them again.

First time purchasing from AccessoryJack, a little worried but package arrived within 6 working days, customer service very responsive and above all, excellent pricing.

I should note, AccessoryJack is not a authorized dealer of Sennheiser. If you are aware of their return policy and warranty handling, you should have no problems with AccessoryJack. On Oct, 21, 2012, I placed an order for a Sennheiser HD600 and received it 12 days later. The package was well protected via bubble wrap for its trip to the USA and it was indeed a brand new genuine product. I’ll admit, I had my doubts about the HD600 being fake given its low price, however, I thoroughly checked the HD600 on arrival and found no faults. This is my first purchase from AccessoryJack and I can easily recommend it.

I bought some Special Edition Shure SE535s from AccessoryJack in June 2012. Having worked perfectly up until mid-November, I started to experience distortion and crackling due to a fault in the cable connection. I contacted AccessoryJack via email and explained the issue I was having with the cable. They said that they could help me as my Shures were under warranty. I was asked to send them back to Hong Kong which I duly did. The guys at AccessoryJack tested them for me and even though they found no problem with the cable, they sent them back to Shure and got a replacement cable for me. They then shipped them back to the UK at no cost to me. All of this was done in a really short period of time especially when you take into account the distance between Hong Kong and the UK. Quality customer service.

My second purchase from jack.First is Audio Technica CKS90 now Sony MDR XB90EX ,Great product,fast shipment within 1 week.

I bought a Sennheiser HD600 at friday and it arrived, here in Canda, in the monday! So, very fast delivery, low priced and, obvious(as mentioned on website), the headphone is original! I have plans to buy again there! I just can not say anything about the warranty.

I recently ordered a pair of Klipsch S4i (II) and get them posted to Australia. I was very surprised that they arrived within a week at the door. The product is great and as described on the website.

Shipped my headphone 1 day after my purchase and it's really well packed (lots of bubble plastic to protect it)

I finally received my order one month after. Packaging was ok. Just one advise. Do not go cheap and get Express Mail delivery instead of Standard with Tracking. You will receive you package much faster. I spent several hours on a phone with USPS trying to locate my package. AJ also was investigating where package was.

Got v-moda m-100 today in less than a week. I must say this was the best deal I got for these pro headphones. Shipping was fast and cheap, packing was good. Definitely recommend AccessoryJack and will use myself again.

I have to confess and with the purchase at Accessoryjack confirm my belief, sometimes when you think of big brands online companies, you may think that you will be receiving the best of both worlds, quality 100% genuine products and good customer service, but that doesn't happen with all of them, small online retail companies like accessoryjack honour this statement and you may wonder on which way, well my positive review confirms it, I bought on Amazon last couple of weeks the Sony NWZ F886 32GB, cause I couldn't find anywhere in the UK and even the Sony Official site the 64GB version of this MP3 player, but I returned it after I found that accessoryjack had it the 64GB version, but then I started to wonder, is this real stuff, it will be genuine, you know all these questions when you buy for the first time from an online retail company and even been far away. But I must say I am more than delighted and satisfied with the excellent customer service and quality and 100% genuine product I received from accessoryjack, purchase process was smooth, cheapest price in the market and delivery was fast as promised I bought this on March 14 and received it on 17 March bearing in mind that was weekend. For all of you that may find this website and start wondering if this is a real deal,,,I can tell you it is. I, from Sydney, have ordered from AccessoryJack some fujifilm instax mini films as a gift for my partner, for some reason my nearest post office held on to the delivery without notifying me. Feeling that it has been a while since I placed my order, I tried to email their customer support by replying their email ( the one with the invoice). One of their staff, Johnny responded almost instantly and went through with me how to track the parcel, eventually I found out that auspost have been keeping my parcel and I arranged for its pick-up. I am happy with the product and I believe Accessoryjack's prompt and helpful response deserve some credit. Cheers.

Product arrived a day early (took 7 days) with no problems.
Shipping was expensive (10% of purchase) though i suspect this is to cover tax.

I bought the Sony Walkman NWZ-A17 (Rose pink) and it arrived in an excellent condition. AccessoryJack was one of the few websites selling this new mp3-player but they had the lowest price I could find. I highly recommend this seller and I don't regret my purchase!

Bought a pair of Sony MDR-EX650AP headphones as they are not available in Australia (as are a lot of things!) and they have arrived today (23rd of December). I didn't expect them before Xmas as it is a busy time for everyone and people go on holidays but they have arrived without any fuss and are working beautifully. I also asked a very specific question about the headphones before placing my order and my question was answered within a 2 days which I am quite impressed with. The headphones were posted quickly and the longest part of waiting for the order was actually the post office as the system is probably clogged up with everyone else's Xmas parcels! (You can track your package's progress).

I don't usually leave reviews or feedback but I felt that I should to help to put in a good word for a great business! Before placing my order I also made sure to read through every one of the reviews on the resellerratings page (especially the negative ones) and carefully examined Jack's responses and everything seems fair and 100% legit! :) I know this sounds super-cheesy, but it's true- I would buy again and highly recommend Accessoryjack!
