I am looking for a product Made in the USA. Doing research for such a product I was lead to achoo allergy, after receiving the cool mist humidifier the box reads made in China! I will be returning and taking my business elsewhere.

so far I am very happy with the Achoo respro mask although I have only owned it for several day's...I will need some weeks to give a detailed rating on the products filtering system against ..diesel, smog , dust , pollen ,,petroleum products ...please ask me later..

I ordered a Honeywell Air Purifier. False advertisement from AchooAllergy. The writeup for the item was that it was quiet during silent mode. Not true. Also, it was obvious that the item was a previous return and probably multiple times from the look of the item/it was very used up. Same product could have been purchased at Target for the same price. However, I was trying out new companies especially since it seem to specialize in allergy products all in one store. What a disappointment. I returned the product at my own expense per their policy which is not clearly written out at the home page, to then have some impatient person tell me it takes 4-6 weeks for them to inspect before crediting my master card. How unreasonable is that. this product can possibly sit in there warehouse where it can be moved and possibly damaged for them to then inspect after the damage and blame me for the damage. why not inspect as soon as they receive the item.

I am very happy with the products that I have purchased from AchooAllergy, I have purchased a humidifier a few months ago and am experiencing white dust all over my room. I know the water here has a lot of mineral in it so much so that the replacable cartridge cannot keep up. Distilled water is not an option as cost is a factor, I am looking for some kind of reverse osmosis apparatus that would be of service. Any suggestions...

I ordered the Austin Air bedroom machine on Thursday, April 19th (and it was a good $75-$100 cheaper than other places I looked!). They called me on Friday, April 20th to double check with me to confirm that I placed the order because my billing address was in Ohio, but the shipping address was in Rhode Island. They weren't able to ship it until Monday because of that problem, but they did upgrade it to two-day shipping for free because of the delay. They were courteous and polite, and I got my air purifier on Wednesday, as one would expect from two-day shipping. I'll definitely order from them again if I need any other allergy-related stuff.

I couldn't help but to break open the box the day of delivery and start putting this steam cleaner to work. The first project was cleaning the rims on our automobiles. The brush attachments were great for getting in those narrow slots. The brushes and steam were a perfect combination to loosen the road grime off the rims in seconds that normally takes a lot of scrubbing and elbow grease to remove. Very impressed with the steam cleaner. However, to be fair in my assessment, I am disappointed the electrical cord isn't longer. If my home didn't have an exterior wall outlet, the cord wouldn't have reached my driveway. The warranty states the steam cleaner can not be used with an extension cord. The length of the cord is adequate for indoor choirs, but a real challenge is to reach items typically cleaned outside like automobiles, trash cans, BBQ grills, etc. Additionally, to improve the Steam Cleaner, I would suggest a new design which includes a window viewer on the tank with measuring marks to let the user know how much water is left in the reservoir. The steam cleaner will run for almost an hour before it runs out of water and have to refill. However, some projects only take 15-20 minutes to clean instead of steaming away for an hour. This requires the user to empty the water reservoir after each use and refilling the tank using the measuring cup to get the accurate level before the next use.

I got my order in a timely fashion, pleased with the products, have been using the Allergen wash for several years and feel it is effective,, I feel this is a very good company to deal with and would highly recommend it to others

I received my packages worth of over $600 and I thought I have ordered two Armor Ultra pillow covers king size so I reached to them and little did I know there is none on my receipt. So was expecting for them at least to offere me some help and maybe they can ship those for me for free since I ordered $600 and I will just pay whatever the cost of the covers but their short answer is "Please review your order".
Wow, is that how they're treat their customers. I paid too much for just covers and I can't expect them to return some gratitude or atleast a good service experience. Very dissapointing. Very.
