Review of Google advertising with Rhys

The service Rhys provided was precisely what we after when we signed up to Addpeople, and he provided exactly what we needed at the time we needed it. His level of service has been exceptional: responsive, diligent and collaborative. It's been very reassuring to know he was at the end of a phone/email to help in the set up, and his attention to detail in the performance/monitoring catch ups were very valuable. The achievements speak for themselves! A CTR of 12.48%, 10.24% and 9.71% on our main ad groups - quite some feat for a brand new campaign. I'd have absolutely no reservation in recommending Rhys as an account manager, to others.

6 Months to go .

I was approached by ADD People by a number of phone calls . At first I ignored it as the number was an 01 . To me that's sales .
When calling me every other day of the week , they began leaving me messages and email so I could see that they wanted to help me .
I spoke to a lady that had a detailed conversation with me , outlining how they could help my business improve on listings and better bookings . What business do I run ? Mobile DJ business . To give you some past experiences . YELL.COM is a company I wouldn't recommend after throwing away £2,000 on top spot's and receiving no work at all . So when this company told me they could help my business . It took a long time to say yes . It was just one of the feeling's thinking I don't want to be ripped off again . After A long time on the phone , I decided to go ahead . NOW READ AND LEARN.

I said yes let's go ahead I confirm everything . Straight away it was £100.00 set up fee . If I can remember correctly , it would have been £150 may £120 but the representative got it down to £100.00 . I did explain my feeling towards this and said what is the £100.00 fee about . She explained everything and I was happy with what work needed to be carried out to charge £100.00 .
I'm happy , I'm set , I believe I was on the correct path to achieving more customers out of my local area .
My monthly payment for SEO work . £150 a month . BUT I received an out payment from my account of £180.00 , I rang them up and the repetitive actually forgot to tell me that VAT was included . So already that was an extra £30.00 out of my earnings that i wasn't told about . Already i was Upset and miss lead with information . My business requires insurance for all my equipment, my van etc . I did want them to understand that and told them directly to make that clear before .

I just want to keep this short and sweet but outline what I really do think . Carrying on ....

3 months payment £180.00 a month = £540.00 = NO GIGS ??? I was ready to hit them hard with a lot of questions . I rang the stream directly and said what my thoughts were . I'm paying this a month after 3 months and I've had no gigs from new clients . They replied back with its CEO work , it's not an overnight result it's going to take time for everything to slot in . My response with : but at least 1 gig should have come in by now . 1 gig did after 4 months but it was right across the country , I ran up again and said your SEO team have the wrong location for a joke but may have been true they replied back with the are looking into this .
6months , we are now in COVID 19 lock down ... Unfortunately I have had to give refunds to all my booked clients so paying this £180.00 a month would not have been possible . So they said as this current position we can dismiss your direct debits or we can carry on at £90.00 so i thought no we will carry on even though I'm not making any money from this business , I have another business where I can get the money from to keep this campaign going . So from now till then , I wish all the team at ADD people team well . l look forward to seeing results !

It's 15 months since my last review of Add People Ltd... I just wanted to provide an update. In the past 15 months I have added SEO, Google & Bing PPC, to the Social Media advertising - all with Add People, and I can't speak highly enough of them. The business has gone from strength to strength because of their enthusiasm, knowledge and personality. Jack Bates in the Ecommerce team is my rock! Each team at Add People is completely on top of their game and is always proactively looking at ways to help our business. Genuinely couldn't do it without them. Lucy

Had a few phone calls trying to get me to have a free chat, so eventually booked an appointment, turned away a job with a fair amount of money as had appointment booked and then they didn't bother keeping it, took them 5 days to ring with no apology just wanted a chat now, there must be other company's that keep there appointments as if ad people can't keep appointment are they going to do what they say they will to help,
After a few long telephone calls to them today it appears they are now trying to help resolve this so what started as an awful service may be trying to be rectified, also finally got an apology from the manager this morn, better late than never

Miracle Leaf has been dealing with The Add People for one month so a full review will be left after our first quarter, but initial review is they were excellent in reviewing my website activity and gave a full detailed report. Simon was our first contact. He was friendly, knowledgable, very efficient and professional. We look forward to leaving a much more detailed review after 3 months.

We engaged Add People last Autumn to run our Google Adwords campaign for us. The results have been great so far with higher CTR's and lower costs per click. And more importantly we have seen a significant increase in orders and enquiries to our website.

Ive had George K managing my google ads since November 2019. He has done an incredible job setting the ads up, keeping on top of them and doing all kinds of stuff that I had no idea that would need to be done to run a successful google ad campaign.

The communication & support I get from George is incredible, If I have any questions or want something changing, I send an email to him and I always hear back within 24 hours, or I can jump on the phone and if he’s busy, he will get back to me within an hour. He goes out of his way to help me.

The return for my investment is incredible, I have a fairly small budget, pretty much every month I get at least 5X my monthly ad spend back.

What I really appreciate is George calls me every month with a report for the last 30 days and explains what he’s done to the ad, there is so much being the scenes that you wouldn’t realise happens, It even gives me a better understanding of google ads.
