Nothing at the point of booking to let you know that you cannot use the service if you’re not issued with a boarding pass after checking in online. Didn’t find out they couldn’t take my luggage until the driver showed up so out £55 and was not even offered a partial refund. When I contacted customer services I was just sent a link to an FAQ that I didn’t see when making the booking, if it had been more visible I would not have booked in the first place.

Ended up paying for a taxi to get to the airport with my luggage which was around the same price and a lot less hassle.

Superb; easy pick-up the night before, text message the following day with bag label numbers. Arrived at the desitnation and the bags unloaded with the rest of the flight.

The guy who picked up how bags was great max was his name.he explain in great detail how the service worked a great ambassador for the company this is the service I intend use for all my travel trips top marks.

From the punctual time the Airportr representative arrived, to picking up my luggage in St Lucia, I received first class service. I was so happy and relieved not to have to deal with the check in desk. I just walked into the terminal with only my hand luggage and was able to relax until my flight was called. My luggage was there on my arrival at St?ucia and I can assure you that I will be using Airportr every time I travel by air.

I was unsure if my ticket included a bag in the hold - the AirPortr man said it did, and then when he delivered it to BA I was charged £65 for my suitcase.

Reliable and on time.Unfortunately I had a big problem at Fiumicino airport where on my arrival I had only one piece of baggage instead of 2,but I'm sure it was because of BA. Eventually I got my missing baggage on Wednesday 18 by corrier at home

The outgoing service was good on 31st January but our return service on 15th February was very poor. Our plane landed 40 minutes early so I rang and explained at 9.50 that we were about to come through early. Despite this notice, representative turned up at previous time, 10.30, claiming he had only been advised at 10.15. Why the 25 minute delay? Secondly, as it is your business, why is the early arrival of flights (or the delayed arrival for that matter) not automatically picked up?

Lastly, the bags were scheduled to be dropped back to us at 4 p.m. (the earliest time available) but did not reach us until just before 6 p.m. So, collectively, a lot of wasted time, hanging around when we were tired after a long journey.

I tried this service for the first time and I found it very professional and reliable. My travel with children went smoothly because I didn’t have to worry about my heavy luggage which was duly collected at home and delivered at destination.

Driver arrived 20 minutes ahead of schedule NO pressure if we weren't ready - we were and it was most convenient as we were staying overnight at Gatwick so we could leave the house a little earlier than planned. We use this service on a regular basis, the drivers are pleasant and helpful. Any last minute changes are provided by AirPortr's helpful office staff who are always polite and accommodating. I really don't know how we would manage without this service.

I have used them twice but both
times they have charged me an extra £40 for excess baggage. I paid both times for 2 hold cases and one hands free bag and nothing was overweight. Last time they said it was the fault of Easyjet. I have emailed them twice with copies of boarding passes but no reply. Appalling !

Excellent service which made travelling to the airport very easy and stress free, especially as we had three suitcases and two cabin cases.
The cases were picked. up within the allotted time frame.
Picked up our luggage at our destination airport and the whole process was seamless!
Will definitely use again!

Only one comment I have, you should inform the customer if he has overweight or not before you received the luggage, so he can expect deduction money from his credit card

Flight VS75 Tuesday 5th November MAN - MCO.

Very disappointed with AirPortr. It sounded like such a great idea, hassle free, nothing to worry about and being disabled it's always such a struggle getting from the car to the check in desk with 3 bags on my own. The gentleman that collected my bags the night before was great, he tagged them up and took them away, I then had an early night as I needed to leave at 6.30am. I woke up at 11pm and noticed an email from AirPortr telling me there was an urgent issue, 1 of my bags couldn't be checked in and I had to collect it and check it in myself, no other information, nothing to tell me why the bag wasn't checked in, was it broken? Was there something in it that shouldn't be in it? Of course now I couldn't sleep properly worrying about this and AirPortr were unavailable until 6am, I got straight on the phone at 6am only to be left holding for 15 minutes before someone answered, they also didn't know what the problem was, bearing in mind I needed to leave at 6.30 time was now running out, if the bag had been damaged I could take another to the airport with me and transfer my belongings, with zero information on the email or over the phone I had no idea what to expect. The advisor told me he'd find out what was going on and that he'd call me back. When he called me back he apologised and told me that there'd been an error, that there wasn't actually anything wrong with either of my bags and that they'd both been checked in just fine. So thanks for the sleepless night of worry AirPortr, I won't be using you again, when you offer a peace of mind service, that's exactly what you should deliver, I didn't get to start my holiday hassle free at all.
