Bought from Home Depot, all parts are mixed up and missing some oh them are damaged,have to return to Home Depot. Got 4 post instead of 3 but V track rail is missing, 2 Side Roller with Bracket for Sliding Rolling Gate - 12-Inch missing, hardware damaged, no set up tools included, bought a Steel Sliding Driveway Gate but received parts for Dual Swing and Dual Swing with chip and crack paint and damaged hinge J-bolts. Instead of order expensive parts and wait for delivery that might take a month I have to return to store for my own expenses and forget for the money paid for deliver to my house. Unfortunately bad experience!

Nice Tub. Had a problem with the heating unit 2 days after I got it. Service Department sent me a new unit with a link showing how to put the new one in. Took about an hour and a half. Has been working great ever since. Without the problem I would have given it 5 stars.

Super happy with my first purchase from aleko which was the 13.8 inflatable boat. My second purchase was the 8.5 inflatable and I’m not nearly as happy I can’t get the thing to keep air in it it’s driving me nuts the rear left tube..... I checked the valve but that seems to work fine I dunno maybe leaking from a seam? Has been inflated and then put onto the top of my cruiser I own up here in Alaska. Has never been used.

Firs order I made a month ago was sent incorrectly, extra parts that I didn't order, missing part that I requested. Second order still not processed, spent an hour on the phone to verify my address, still not resolved, I don't understand why it takes 3 different 3 phone operators to verify my address.

I ordered an 8 x 10 awning fabric kit. It's 4 inches too wide and the spline cord are too large to fit in one of your 2012 awnings. I called on Friday 9/25/2020. The person that answered said they would call me back but here it is Tuesday the 29th. Not one call back or email like I was promised. This is not customer service at all.

Tech support really was excellent and qualified to discuss my gate opener ... Brad, Travis, James and David all got their turns advising as I troubleshooted my previous control board and installed my new opener. They were patient and professional and quite frankly I would buy Aleko products again just knowing the support side is competent....Thanks guys!....Eric in SoFla.

The awning configuration I wanted was not in stock. Customer service had no idea how long I would need to wait and could not put me on a notification list. (Maybe Covid related). Eventually (after many months of checking) I was able to order what I wanted. It arrived fairly quickly, and seems to have been well made. Mounting instructions left much room for improvement, but I eventually figured out how to change factory adjustments to allow a safe installation. I was happy with it until I realized that after 2 months of use the exposed fabric is extremely sun bleached. I would have expected UV protected fabric.

I ordered a privacy fence cover in June and never received it after many months. I called multiple times and was disconnected by the automated system. I finally got through the automated system and was told to leave a message. I called back again and was told after 3 months of waiting for the item that they just never shipped it and now it's out of stock. I called for a refund finally in Sept and was told it would be refunded within 14 business days but I am calling in again in October because I still haven't received a refund. I was transferred to a supervisor and call was disconnected. Worst place ever.

The delivery driver named “BETO” was TERRIBLE! Extremely extremely RUDE and told me that he doesn’t have time to listen to me because he gets “paid by the hour” completely unprofessional and rude. Which is unfortunate because im sure the product is great. However due to “BETO” I will no longer be shopping on this site.

This is the worst company ever to return a product. I returned an unopened window awning in 9/2 which they received back on 9/4 waited allowing them time to do refund and it still has not happen today 10/5. First call they said they didn’t have it. Gave them the tracking information and then they said it was purchased thru Wayfair and gave me a number to call but it wasn’t so called them back and they were going to issue a refund and supposedly I spoke with a manager and he did it himself right then a week and 1/2 later still no refund called was told it was never processed and that no one I had spoken to was a manager and Tashina could not find a manager for me to complain to. she stated it will be issued within 3 to 5 days. Really. It was paid with PayPal and they do not take that long to process if Aleko would do their job.

I sent this as a message to Aleko on their facebook page, which echos multiple emails: I am so disappointed in your company. I have sent multiple emails and reached out through Amazon.com, from where I purchased an Aleko gate opener. The opener malfunctioned while I was interring my driveway. It caused an accident, which broke the opener and ruined my gate. Not one response to my inquiries. I am left with a hefty bill, and since the time of the malfunction, since I can't use my driveway until it is repaired, I've been parking on the street and my truck was broken into. So disappointed. It's notable that you do not have reviews on your [facebook] page.

Ordered a sun shade around april 13th, it's now may 26th and my item has not been delivered. There is no answer at customer service, no response to emails, and the chat help is obviously not on site as they cannot help either. I also bought a driveway gate, control box, actuators, photo-eyes, solar, battery, etc. I've been through 4 control boards in about 3 years and my gate has not worked consistently for more than about a month over that time. Both actuators have failed as well (limit switches). I've wasted so much time and money, it's unbelievable!

One gate and 4 posts have been delivered. NONE have the galvanizing undercoat so they will rust quickly. Solar panel was delivered without a back plate so it can't be installed. Woman told me to go to the hardware store and buy one. They won't pay to have it returned and you have to wait 2 months to get your refund. Six phone calls and internet chats have gotten us nowhere. AND the receipt doesn't tell what you bought. Manager hasn't responded in 3.5 days, I really don't expect to hear from her. Complaints have been filed. GO ELSEWHERE

I ordered a cover for my awning back in Sept. 2019. I can't get an answer as to when I will be receiving this. However, they had no problem charging my credit card back in Sept. So they have had my money for 6 months and my awning was unprotected during the winter months.

Have been trying to contact a person to discuss the heater mounting for the Sauna since March, it is now late May - does this company really exist??? The heater mounting instructions direct us to mount the heater in a way that is non-compliant to the heater's mounting minimums. This is dangerous and would void our insurance claim if something happened. Do Not Buy From This Company - something is not right here.

Would rate my 10x20 awning 5 star but for one issue...faded quickly. Started royal to navy blue but after 6 months in sun is light bluish grey. Other than that love the shade, motor and price.

I bought an Aleko 13x10 half-cassette awning in sand color from Wayfair last month to go over our back deck. I installed the product just as prescribed, which wasn't too bad. The instructions could have been better, but Youtube videos made up for the deficiencies. I love the idea behind the awning, but it is well less than sturdy and strong in design and manufacturing. The cassette portion is well-designed, but the arms leave a lot to be desired. They seem very weak for the load they are expected to bear. I am not overly pleased with the product quality. To add to my dismay, I purchased the support poles to offset some the strain due to the cantilever design. They are cheap as well. The first few days I had the poles, one of them retracted, leaving the awning all the way extended without extra support. It is just a matter of time before the awning breaks while fully extended. I would not buy this product again. I went with it because of its awesome price compared to other awnings. In the end, I guess you get what you pay for.
