Ordered specific part for HPE server and paid extra for expedited 2 day delivery. Part was shipped UPS ground, took a full week for delivery. Correct part received, Alinc did refund the extra shipping amount on request.

first time when i talk with them i thinked they have great service and support
i buy my items and choose fedex 3-5 days
i received my package after 10 days!
when i open it : one item was missing
one item anyone can see and know that was used and damaged !!!
i tell them about that and because they know that they cheating me they refund me only the damaged item and what about delay ! what about my time ? and the shipping cost ?!
this is the very bad company and they are with their vendor Hustlers
i lose my work ; my clients ; my money ; my time"

I had two questions about a laptop part I needed for a repair ($121), so I sent an email, and they responded with clear, helpful, educated answers. (It was great; I felt thankful.) Their info helped me make an informed decision. I also learned they offer new parts from HP at a discount from the price of buying them directly from HP.

I bought the part, and they said it might take time as the product might be on back order, which . But happily the part arrived the next day! It was a very positive experience. I would definitely buy from them again if needed.

Called at 5:30pm Texas time to get an HP wide-format commercial printer part. Not only did Alinc get it out the same day, they got it to me overnight! Outstanding service, and my printer was back up and running much quicker than I expected.

I would like to say that my order was placed last 01/03/2014. When I bought the product was available in stock and ready to ship, I received a information some days Ago wich the Display was out . I gues that the company should give more attention for me. I agreed waiting until today, but I Guess that the communications was poor.Sorry about that. My order was stuck in processing for 5 days and I had to email in to have it get unstuck on a Friday. I was told the shipping was upgraded to overnight but my understanding of overnight and theirs seems to be different becaie even though it was delivered by FedEx, I had to wait until Monday for the delivery. However, I got my part and thats all that really matters.
