Do not buy anything from them. The quality of things is really cheap looking and total waste of money. They sent my order wrong when I asked for exchange or to return the item they don't reply to you. I really regret ordering 2 watches from them, they sent me purple color watches when I ordered the gold color. I sent many messages through Whats app by the number they provided and also sent emails but nothing happened. Again don't fall for these item, they just look good but are really trashy when you receive them.

They have since changed their website to Stunningstuffs.com and then when they got too much heat from people realizing they stole a product image from Squishable, they started selling their fake plague doctor plush on Jellystores.com, exact same layout, font and logo type. Even the words are exactly the same throughout the entire website. They tried to use a Facebook page called Cutie Heroes to send people to these links. Since people have commented saying it was a scam, they took down the post. I'm waiting for it to reappear somewhere.

Ordered scarves from them a while ago. Only now that I went to check on it have they sent an “update,” stating the order has cleared customs in China, yet first spot in tracking cue says Hawthorne, which is not in China. Scan. Time to get refund!

Wish I knew about this company before I placed an order. I ordered a scarve from them May 11. Checking on it they stated the order delayed due to large response to their ad on Facebook. Later I was told cleared customs in China. Another request stated an incorrect tracking number. I have been told my address was wrong. Now don't you think I would know my address. Repeated e-mails requests only to receive an automated response "checking and will respond as soon as possible. Have tried to get refund. I have spent too much time on this problem. This is why I don't order online purchases.

The company is totally a scam! I ordered an item a month ago and was told it would take two months to get! They gave me a fake tracking number once I informed them they gave me another number and it still doesn't work!

I order my shirt in March is August and I have write to them about it and I even ask for a refund and they still haven’t gave me one. This is the worst customer service experience. If you are planing to shop from them don’t you are going to loose your money and don’t even get what you order.

I ordered a Grumpy Cat T-Shirt and received a email approximately 14 days later asking me about the product that I never received...... I tried to email telling them I never received the product , but it wouldn't go through so on 12/3 I had my daughter email them a copy of my email telling them I never received it plus their email asking me about the product........ I also never received an email for tracking the product. I tried calling 2 different phone numbers ..... one said Emily was busy so send an email and the other no one answered. Six days later no reply!!!! I rate it "1" cause I don't have the product they took the money for or get any kind of customer service.... if I hear from them I will send another review
