I would give 10 stars if allowed for Osvaldo Flores and Antonio Ospina!
Osvaldo helped me with a control panel issue several months ago. He was patient and very motivated to help. I have emailed him a few times since then with questions and he always responded and was helpful.
Most recently, I called on Oswaldo again and he referred me to Antonio to help with my issue. I’m not very techy and it takes a lot of patience and detailed directions for me to be able to follow through. Antonio did not give up until the printer issue was resolved!
Anajet has two outstanding techs who represent your company in a professional, knowledgeable, patience and friendly manner!

This the biggest piece of crap machine over ever seen and service sucks it’s always customers faught and they don’t tell you about the machine like can’t never turn off or you have to pay $2600 for new one warranty is no good and they have terrible attitudes after the sale topical liberals TOTAL WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PEOPLE PRINTERS !!!!

After a week of deep detail cleaning and learning every part of the machine, the CR Error Reader code has ceased to appear. Thankful that Luke did not give up and had solutions to help solve our situation.

Most of the time people leave a review within 1 or 2 weeks of receiving a product.

However, I think it’s important to document my experience for at least 3-9 months after purchasing the product.


Clearly, Anajet is under staffed. It’s just really frustrating to have a company tell you multiple times that they will reach back out to you but you never here a darn word.

Then after a few days of not hearing from them, you call them back to sit on hold 5-25 minutes before speaking with someone who can help you.

All I can say is, please look into your other options. If you run a smaller business and this machine will be the main tool you’ll use to create your products, please think twice.

If or excuse me when your machine is down, it will take some time to get back up and running. Anajet is definitely not in a hurry to resolve your issues. Most of the technicians will run from your issue or just say all the techs are busy. One guy named luke does have the decency to help but he’s clearly working on an overwhelming amount of work. As a result, Luke is tells me that a product will ship overnight and I don’t receive the product at all. Then after I call tech support again with a 20min hold time, I ‘m told that techs who can help me are busy.

If you’re thinking about purchasing a Richoh machine, please take these things into consideration to save yourself some frustration, money and definitely time.

We are Ricoh/Anajet customers and have been on the team about a year now. We LOVE our Ri1000s, we actually have 2. Like all good technical equipment every once in a while we have to reach out for help. We have never had any issues with return phone calls or not being followed up with. We have on occasion talked to other techs but Luke Gallyot is definitely our go to guy. Everyone on the team is super but he is the MVP. He goes above and beyond for everyone and he has a way to not make us feel silly when there was a simple solution to an issue and when he has to talk us through a process he takes it step by step and never rushes us and makes sure we understand everything that is going on. He really goes above and beyond and his assistance is appreciated more than he even knows. It's in part because of Luke that we can be so confident in our business and our future. Luke is the Man!!

Thank You so very much to Osvaldo Flores for providing me with the solution to my situation, I was given everything I needed plus the amount of time spent not only on the problem I called about but answering many other questions I had made me feel good about AnaJet's customer service after the sale. I purchased Ricoh ri1000 in June 2019 from AnaJet and the entire experience was smooth, accommodating and very informing. Someone is always there to help out if you had any questions. They respond to my emails, facebook posts and calls in a timely manner.

A month ago, my white printing heads got clogged unfortunately. I called tech support and spoke to Luke. I honestly couldn't have had a better person to lead the way on getting my printer fixed. He was very patient and gave us the necessary tools to get us up and running again. So happy with AnaJet and their ability to hire star employees. Highly recommend to partner up with this company.

I recently had a call service 999 which left my print useless— IN SAYING THIS — ANTONIO WAS MY HERO TODAY!!! I have had some major issues with the machine and had many helpers (which left me feeling negatively) BUT Antonio has single handily saved my feelings of respect! He was very professional and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the machine. This was the BEST help I’ve ever received and I’ve had this machine just over a year now! My Ricoh RI 100 needed head cleaning and I couldn't figure out the problem with my display options. Luke at Anajet helped out and was great and calm and helped brainstorm the problem. thanks so much cheers!

My boss often needs printer service and he asks me to check on it regularly and request the help of AnaJet in case there are problems. They always do their job amazing!

I purchased the Anajet RI 1000 in October of 2018. In every instance when I have needed assistance (and they are more frequent than I would like) I have received excellent product help. My last contact was with Luke Gallyot. He was able to update my machines firmware, assist me with head alignment (it was replaced at my expense in 2019) and educate me on a printing issue I was having. Customer service has always been excellent and I'm happy with all those I have interacted with. The only issue I have is with the machine's extremely sensitive functionality. I'm now convinced it is the nature of the beast and will use it to augment my embroidery and printing business with no hope of recovering my investment.

I (DBCoverzzz) Purchased a Anajet MP5 Fabric Printer from Anajet in California I financed it through Their financing Company BB&T. All the invoices for this company and emails do not work. The phone number I called many times does not go through or I would sit on hold for 40 minutes at a time.

Someone from BB&T called me and offered me a buy out of $6,000.00 in May 2018 and I never heard from them again. Never received one email from Anajet or BB&T on how to solve this issue. This printer was purchased December 2015 delivered to me at 165 Middlesex Turnpike Bedford, MA 01730 where I purchased a business condo in March 2016 and broke in April 2018. Anajet does not make this type of printer any longer and there is not one person or company that services it in Massachusetts. It weighs over 300 lbs. It put me out of the printing business and I had to sell my condo.

Anajet no longer makes or sells the MP5 Printer anymore so there are no parts or updates for this printer. The company offered me a newer printer for additional $10,000.00 2 years ago which was one year after I purchased this printer. Basically sold me a printer that broke 2 months after the warranty expired.

Starting in April 2018 my Anajet Printer Broke down, there is no one in this entire area
That services the Anajet Printers, these printers are approximately 300 pounds.
My one and a half year printer needed to be sent back to California for updates which the
Company wanted me to pay one way shipping $2,000.00 and the updates of $2,000.00
For the toner not coming through the lines to print the digital picture on the Tshirt. This printer is not working and could not print. They no longer sell it so they can’t fix it or replace parts for it. That’s why they wanted me to send it back because the software no longer works for my printer. It PUT ME OUT OF BUSINESS. I CAN NO LONGER PRINT, DESIGN, OR SELL TSHIRTS.

The contract does not state that this printer can not be serviced from any company to fix this printer nor does it say anything about sending the printer back to California for updates less than two years later.

Anajet’s response was “you need to send it back” but then would not discuss how or where I send it, how it’s suppose to me sent and in what kind of box do I send it in and so forth. It WEIGHS over 300 pounds.

I am not paying for a printer I can no longer use, can’t be serviced here in Massachusetts or New England for that matter and Doesn’t work.

The printer was put in the dumpster in September 2019 pictures attached.

I should counter sue for a defective printer, putting me out of business, wasting my money and time. Not to mention the out of state company suing me because I did not pay for the defective large piece of crap they sold me.
IF I COULD GIVE "NO STARS" I WOULD. DO NOT BUY ANY ANAJET PRODUCTS OR PRINTERS.

Danny made extra time to work with me to complete the setup and gave me information on how to print for now and now on. Danny ensured me that there were others on hand to give the help now and in the future. All I needed to do was Ask.

I bought an anajet in 2010, so far still can get satisfaction, 16,000 USA dollars, and the best I was offered to ship it back to California, and they would get the machine back up and running and shrink wrap it so I could sell it to some new unexpecting person. Oh, and how about another 1,000 dollars to cover the cost of the shipping. That is how they get good reviews on Better Business Bureau they answer the complaints quickly, and feel like because they've stolen your money they are making it right. With another solution of stealing additional monies from you. The machine did not work consistently ever, the ink lines plugged up, and it became a money pit of buying more ink and more cleaner from Anajet to try and keep it running. Replacing the head which they buy overseas for pennies and charge about 500 to us their customers to replace. And by the way the heads in these printer are Epsom heads which never were intended to be run with Anajet's ink and not plug up the lines for these machines. Also, when you travel to the company the president of the company will have you in his office and welcome you and promise you the moon, beware as soon as your check is cashed he will not longer be accessible to you, only the guy hired to filter the calls and answer complaints, and instructed not to let your phone call move pass him. Great company....

I purchased a RI 1000, from Ricoh/Anajet in 2019 in an effort to service my area with professional prints. Not long after receiving the machine, the problems began. My sales Rep., Jason Clark, strongly pushed Anajet’s customer service, training, warranty and the fact that they stood behind their products. Countless hours have been spent on the phone with “technical support”. In those countless hours, I have never spoken to the same person twice. I always get a different answer/solution. The warranty (which I’m convinced doesn’t exist) never covered any of the issues we had with the machine in the first year. Specifically, the machine turning off on its own, the print heads malfunctioning, the garment tray not raising properly, pretreat staining garments, prints washing out after a few washes, lines in the print and most recently the printer won’t stay on and it prints blue lines from top to bottom of the image. The first response is always that we did something wrong. The printer does not malfunction, if there is a problem it’s not covered by the warranty and we have to pay to fix it. We paid an additional $3,000 to replace the print heads within the first 6 months of operating the machine. Anajet sent a technician to fix the machine who admitted he had never worked on a machine before and he was extremely nervous to attempt to fix it. Even after documenting all of this and all correspondence, Anajet representatives refuse to communicate with us to solve the issues or replace the printer. There is not enough time or space to explain how much money, loss of business/customers, time lost and heartache this company has caused my small business. To say that I was taken advantage of would be an understatement. I refuse to be silent and allow others to suffer as I have with is company and it’s products.

Luke was great he took the time nobody had to this point and helped me learn the Anarip software and also helped me get my printer set up to my computer. cant say enough how glad i was to have had gotten him to help me out.

I had an MP5 and now own a Ricoh 1000. The 1000 is 100x better than the MP5 but the customer service has always been great. The question for me isnt whether they know everything its whether or not they genuinely care. I truly beleive they do.

I had an issue with my carriage on my Ri1000....my first major issue and I've had the printer for about a year. I called Ricoh customer service and spoke with Antonio. Antonio helped so much! After lots of follow ups and going through my print logs, he made the decision my printer carriage was bad. He got my carriage and service call covered under warranty. My printer was repaired in about 2 weeks, which was faster than I thought, given these rough times! (COVID and protesting times). My printer is now 110%! Thanks again Antonio! You the man!
