Customer service really depends on who picks up - some definitely better than others! A very helpful girl processed my payment in two transactions as on line wasn’t calculating correctly. I am waiting on delivery (scheduled to arrive today) of my first order. The fabrics are stunning and not all are extortionate, the cushions are very fairly priced.

This was my first time shopping at Andrew Martin. The products certainly met and actually exceeded expectations.

I was a bit concerned about a very large framed photo shipping by courier but the packaging and crating was superb and risk of transit damage was kept to an absolute minimum.

I purchased some "sale" items and feel that I really got fantastic value. These are timeless pieces that I think we'll be admiring for a very long time.

Highly recommended for quality products delivered safely and on time.

I have yet to receive the samples I ordered on 6 May so don't think I'll be doing any further business with Andrew Martin if this is the level of customer service.

I had to match a wall paper and after several days was told it had been discontinued, Plantation ECRU , I then chose a different wall paper , which was recommended by representative on line , once again after 2/3 weeks was informed Discontinued! My money was refunded , but I am so disappointed , they took my order basically and I feel that it was sold to someone else, check your stock levels next time ! ????

I can’t review the product because after waiting 2 weeks and emailing them I’m still waiting to receive it.

We ordered fabric samples more than one month ago, paid for them and never received them.

Update: after writing this review AM got in touch and promised to send new samples. Fingers crossed!

I ordered the "Summer Butterfly Migration" on sale recently. The artwork is fantastic and is of a high quality and stunning to look at.
