Briana was a great customer service rep to work with. Her communication was clear and the order was processed to our liking in a timely manner.

I was looking for small hand sanitizers to purchase in bulk to gift to employees as they return to work. We came across Any Promo and inquired. The customer service rep, Eva Andrade helped me out and it was a seamless experience. We added our logo and a welcome back note to the bottles. From inquiry to delivery of 1000 custom bottles was two full weeks (very quick) and they came out great. We'll definitely use again in the future.

This is the first time I've used AnyPromo and was very impressed. I am a creative director by trade and have worked with many different promo companies over the years. This was a personal project for my child's school so my budget was limited. Luis Rogel took my order and was friendly and very pleasant to work with. He answered all my questions and gave me confidence in my decision to go with them.

Erin Gonzalez was my CS Rep and did a great job with her communication. After seeing the soft proof I decided to adjust my graphics on the flash drive. She turned around a second proof in a day and they even gave an unprompted second option when they saw a potential issue with legibility. Erin also followed up after I received my order to be sure everything was ok.

The flip flash drives looked very nice. One-color white ink on the black flip case was opaque and crisp. The red body was a nice soft-touch plastic which was a pleasant surprise. They feel sturdy and look really sharp. The order was even delivered earlier than expected (and this is during the COVID shutdown).

A great experience from start to finish. I will definitely come back in the future.

Over the past few months, it's been really hard to get companies and CS teams that I've worked with to communicate effectively, but Eva and the team at AnyPromo were great throughout the process of me ordering a large number of custom ink pens for my business!
