Order tor 2 boxes of parcel labels placed on 18th April. E-mail from AOS on 20th April to say that the order had been dispatched. Items received on 21st April. Two subsequent E-mails received from AOS with invoice attached and informing me that the order should have been delivered. Recent bank statement confirms that the correct payment had been taken from my account. So - all in all - (as a "first-time" buyer) VERY pleased with the service!!

I ordered the books at 17-13 ,it said if ordered by 17-15 I would receive my order the next day,and i did the in one ,and received my books 9-30 the next day.

It was terrible goods never arrived next day card through door couldn't collect it without photo id week later still not arrived worst delivery company I have ever dealt with and I have been in business 30 years ordering stationery

Website was easy to navigate & the order proccess was straight forward, however the address on the parcel for the courier was copied incorrectly leading to a non delivery which wasn't communicated to me until I called customer services to chase up the order, therefore a next day delivery order took over a week to arrive.
Good quality products at good prices, I will use your site again.
