I have to say that this is one of the worse companies I have ever ordered from. Not only did it take forever to get the part they say was in stock, the parts was incorrect and did not fit the product specified. I returned the part. The part cost was 79.10 plus 9.95 shipping. It cost me 13.58 to return part and you have the nerve to charge me a 10% restocking fee for an incorrect part that your company shipped! The it cost me $31.44 to get nothing!!! This is how you do business. Well, I will be writing reviews on every website I can find informing everyone about your poor and deceiving business practices. This is really a pathetic company to steal from potential future customers!

I ordered an ice maker for my fridge to replace one that had a minor leak. The one I received never worked. I filed a warranty claim, and they never responded. I contacted customer service via chat and email five times, they were apologetic, but couldn’t get “the guy who approves that stuff” to respond. I finally opened a claim with PayPal, who settled in my favor after reviewing the documentation.

I’m a victim of being scammed by this company and wish I researched them before placing an order.

I followed the FedEx tracking of the “2-day” shipment. When the expected delivery date passed & the FedEx website made it appear my order wasn’t moving & stuck at a location, I grew suspicious & called FedEx. They opened a special case and called me later in the day to say the package was lost and to have the shipper (ApplianceParts365) contact them to initiate the “lost package process”.

I informed ApplianceParts365 of what FedEx suggested only for them to reply with the same tracking link I’ve already been following which shows the package not moving. I never got a response after I explained the issue again.

On a later date, I was lucky enough to chat with them through their website. Again, I was presented the FedEx link and again I had to explain the story. Eventually, the ApplianceParts365 representative said they would make a duplicate order and I would receive an email with the order # and tracking info. I never received this.

Over the next few days, I sent more emails asking for status for which they ignored.

Then one day, I caught them on their chat feature again. This representative acted like I never chatted with the previous person who made a duplicate order to send me. This person was very argumentative and said he/she won’t do anything until they are given proof that the item was lost by FedEx. I called FedEx numerous times and they tell me they can’t do anything as they need information only the shipper can provide.

How can a “company” continue to scam consumers like this? As I write this on 4/25/2022, they have 342 reviews on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website with an average rating of 1-star and an “F” rating. Rather than further dealing with the headache they caused me, I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card and was quickly refunded by them. I hope the credit card company doesn’t let them off the hook though. Someway/how, ApplianceParts365.com website needs to be shut down!

Took two weeks to receive incorrect part. Have been trying now for two weeks to get an RMA to return incorrect part and get credit. Phone calls go to voicemail which they do not respond to. Email thru live chat and get help site are no help either
They are scammers, robbers and thieves.

No one home! They say they have part, so you buy. Get charged. Then they email and say they don’t have it, but you can call and cancel. Four calls, left 4 voicemails because no one answers the phone. No response.
Come on! How long can they keep doing the Covid-19 excuse for not being able to do anything except take your money!?

Horrible company. Just try getting someone in the phone. 18773656653. I have called customer service 44 times over a few week period. Not one answer, not one return call to my messages. No response to emails. Took my money, and no service after I received unusable garbage for parts.

Not sure why so many negative reviews. Ordered Feb 16. Received shipping notification Feb 28. Item received today (March 3rd) and it's exactly what I ordered for half the cost. Make sure you have the correct product information from manufacturer, and look for it here. Job well done!

I ordered a part 2/6/22. Got notice that part was shipped 2/11/22. Over a week later fedex still shows as label 🏷 printed and waiting on shipment. Every time I attempt to cancel they just send that same garbage that the part is shipped. I send them proof that it's not shipped and they ignore me. They are a SCAM!

I ordered an item on Jan 21, 2022. They charged my cc on Jan 22. February 4th I checked my order status and it showed "processing, not shipped". I sent them an email asking for an update, and why after three weeks the items hasn't shipped.

They responded with a canned, pre-made email saying to please be patient. I responded asking why my cc had been charged three weeks ago and that I'd like a human response explaining the delay.

I received an email stating they cancelled my order, and issued a refund. No call, no communication, no explanation, just a cancelled order after having my money for three weeks.

These folks are either the worst business managers ever, or scammers (imagine the interest on charging a couple hundred customer's credit cards and not refunding their money until they complain weeks later).

Either way, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! You've been warned, and you will be sorry.

Appliance Parts 365 shipped my order, which arrived broken. I contacted Appliance Parts 365 and sent pictures of the broken item. They apologized and created a replacement order at no charge to me. The replacement arrived in a timely manner and in perfect condition. They are honest and fair in their business dealings. AliceAnn

I wish I would've looked at this site, and others first. You input the appliance model # your looking for parts for, it shows you the parts. The parts aren't necessarily for that model # you searched for. I ordered 2 charcoal filters for my GE over the range microwave for $23, including shipping and they weren't even close. 7-9 days shipping is after a good 6-7 waiting for the item to ship also. Then they make you pay the shipping to return and charge a 10% restocking fee on top of that. Im still waiting 4 days later for customer service to send me the return info. This company is a scam, steer clear. You're better off paying a few $'s more from someone that's more reliable. I wish I could post pictures in this review to validate it better for whomever is reading it.

paid for 2 day delivery on a small part and three weeks later still don't have it. Item reached local shipping office in one day and is obviously lost but it is my problem to figure it out with nothing but lip service when a replacement part should have been shipped. No wonder this company has so many bad reviews.

Ordered part in September, it’s now end of oct. was told part would ship in 7-14 days, have emailed customer service FOUR times over a two week period with ZERO response. Tried calling 800 number which puts you in a “queue”, estimated time was 2 minutes, after 35 minutes still no one picked up. Online chat, waited 20 minutes for the heck of it and someone FINALLY popped on there, looked up my order, said it would ship that day. Didn’t get an email with shipping info and order still not here and they still aren’t answering emails, or their phone, who has time for the cat and mouse game?!?!?

I recently ordered 2 control boards and both of them worked great after installation. They replied my emails promptly and even processed the order fast. Their site says upto 72 hours of processing time but I emailed and they processed and shipped my item within 12 hours. Great service. This has became my "To Go" site for any appliances parts.

After waiting almost a month to receive my order, only one of three items were shipped. The person I was corresponding with would not acknowledge that my order was not complete, and insisted that I had been shipped everything I had paid for. They would not offer me any venue to receive a refund, and I will never order from them again.

Had to call about part said it was out of stock but they just got a shipment of them in said they were shipping it out and didn't had to call a week later they said will have it upgraded to FedEx Express shipping have it in two days that was 4 days ago do not recommend if you need it soon
