I did find a bit strange going through a 3rd party when my initial request was directly to the artist. The payment screens are not easy to negotiate. But got there in the end.

Very efficient service and the painting was delivered in three days. The painting wax as shown on the site and just what I wanted however Art Gallery would have taken it back if it hadn't fitted the room

Our painting arrived damaged in the post and Art Gallery quickly contacted the artist and arranged for him to replace the painting. The new painting (which was even nicer than the original) arrived within a week and the artist even included another smaller painting by way of apology. We've now bought 3 paintings from ArtGallery.co.uk and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

huge range of artwork and the one I chose was delivered quickly and well packaged. the only minor issue is that I was not told when it would be delivered, it just turned up one day by courier.

Fantastic service by ArtGallery and the artist, Carl, who got in touch with us a few days after our purchase to let us know that the painting we had ordered was irreparably damaged in storage and Was offered by the artist to paint a replica or to choose another of his collection. All his work is beautiful so we happily chose a different painting which was hand delivered by Carl the next day! We were so happy and my parents absolutely loved their present by a local artist! Fab service.

I'd recommend this painter, but many of the other good artists I've liked previously no longer seem to be using this website, so overall the quality of art available has declined and it takes more searching to find art I like.
