Ordered items in September 1 month ago never received anything and when I claimed my money back they said no, but they will resend the items. Why would they risk doing so and what if I never receive it anyway will they continue sending until I get my order? Is this company serious ? . This is the first time I write a review for a company ever and I hope its the last time and will not have to deal with a company like this before

I ordered about weeks ago, and after waiting for 20 days, I tried to contact them to see if they can track my package, but I was not able to do so!! I sent them an email, I try to contact them vie contact form at their website, The online chat is not working (No body is at the other end!!) no phone number listed!! so I stuck!!

I am very happy that I received my order it came all the way to UK from US and the products are amazing, it was in my home excactly how they wrote it will be here..Definetly happy with that. Thank you

I tried to make a payment for tricep rope put my details in thepage reloaded and sent me back to the order, called my bank they authorised the payment but they haven't took it, emailed them, recieved an email saying it had been cancelled, tried to reorder, it did not take me to the payment option, then went on my account to see about 15 was waiting 'optimal payment' sent another email, I'm concerned as they already have my bank details, however, I still want the tricep rope, anyone got any advice?

I have ordered from Astronutrition for years, they have great prices and they have always gotten my products to me on time. Customer service is top notch as they have been very helpful when I have called to ask them any questions.

I have been a customer for nine years. However, in the past 2 years my orders have taken a very long time to come. On 3 occasions only have my order arrived. My most recent order only half came again and I'm waiting 11 weeks for the remainder!!! I have emailed numerous times every reply says the order is closed.
