Lights took about 20 minutes to install. Very happy that bulbs come right with the assembly.

I accidentally order 2 of the same thing, emailed them and told them I only needed one. I was still charged for 2 items and only received one...

I ordered fog lights for my 1998 Lexus gs300 and when I received the product it was the wrong size.I asked for a return number and did receive it but misplaced it.I sent an email with original request attached and called and left message and Zi’ve never heard back from them.

No invoice no return info no phone number impossible to commicate with been going on for weeks and weeks need to return wrong light help help help help help

The cornering lights for my 2003 Solara were exactly as advertised and delivered on time, maybe a day early.

The replacement headlight units arrived quickly and were a perfect fit for my old 2006 Chrysler Pacifica. The only issue was a quality control failure. The reflector that sits in front of the bulb on one headlight was bent to one side. It was an easy fix - I removed the light bulb and pushed a dowel through the opening and was able to realign the reflector. 5 minute job

I bought a set of headlights and one arrived broken. I reached out to them via email and phone call, and had one person return a call, saying "Someone from the relevant department will call you within 24 hours." That was four days ago.
So crappy products AND terrible customer service, nice work folks. Also, it was KE Tech LLC that I was dealing with, but it was through this website. Either way....

Most places listed my headlight assembly for $500 starting, they had it for $250 and it came quickly. I have a new headlight and saved money. Did take me a bit to find out that rather than an email the tracking and order confirmation are all done through the PayPal site.

I ordered headlight fixtures for drivers and passenger side 2008 Dodge Sprinter van on their website. When installed the drivers side blinker would fire at 2x speed. Mechanic said drivers side headlight was wired incorrectly. Autolightbulbs refused to pay for repairs and would not take back light because the mechanic had "rewired" the light to make it work. They claim I did not read the fine print and had ordered the wrong part. Today their website still points you to the same headlight I ordered and there is no "fine print" they refer to. Don't was your time with this company. Crooks.

I received my first order for a RR tail light assembly via FedEx today (9/7/18) in perfect condition. Product was new and as ordered. Thank you for your prompt and accurate shipment. My husband is a mechanic/auto body repairman on the side and we often get our parts online. Had a customer bust out a headlight and she wanted him to replace. Most customers are on time restraints for some reason or another. so we ordered from autolightbulbs.com due to the good reviews and fast shipping.
The price was good, item looks great BUT it was broken in 2 locations upon arrival. We always inspect boxes before opening. If they appear damaged, we take photos of the box and contact the company to ask how to proceed , some want you to open the box and see if parts are damaged, some do not and will arrange for immediate pick up from their shipping carrier.
This box was not damaged from the outside.
Opened the box and I noticed a couple pieces of plastic (one with a mounting bracket in it) floating around in the plastic bag.
This item was shipped in a heavy duty corrugated box but no bubble wrap, styrofoam or shipping peanuts. Inside the box was a small damaged area where I feel was the point of impact.
We talked to customer support and we would have to send the light back, have them inspect it and then wait on them to ship another.
Unfortunately I am unable to do that because the customer needs there car back in 3 more days.
We have worked with many companies and when I provide them with photo evidence of damage, they usually ship another product out the same day (usually expedited) while sending me a prepaid shipping label for the other box.

Non-efficient return protocol

Would I buy from them again? Maybe, it would depend on what it was and if it was breakable.

One good light and one light that I can not adjust. The screw mechanism does not raise or lower the beam making it very difficult to see while driving. What should I do?
