Usually love Avery Labels and templates usually work great but on oval label 22 804, the template is off .0165". I had to shift my artwork to the right .01625" to the right to get them to center on the actual labelsI waisted an entire sheet of labels :-/ Once I corrected the positioning of the artwork, the glossy labels look great :-)

What a disaster! Can't print a thing. I tried several computers without any luck. I searched for Avery printing problems and sure enough, just as I suspected. They changed it and totally screwed it up. Will now have to recreate all my labels. Whoever came up with this new printing garbage should be fired!

Why complicate matters. The disk version works fantastically. Bring it back. The tools are complicated, I can't print a selected amount of copies, don't know where to start. How many pAGES? how many copies? where to designate, just terrible. Looking for alternative!

Not thrilled tonite. Went for bday and hour after arrival we got food service. Crab legs @$58 pp were good I will say but burgers, ribs and all that comes with really poor quality. Shouldn't wait an hour for legs either. Only give 2 clusters then u wait....for 1 more and wait. . For one more. We wo t gi back or recommend

I've been trying to fix my labels for about 8 hours not. Been on the phone with customer service more than once. I'm tech savvy. Every time I create labels on their website and download the PDF's it never prints properly onto my label sheets. It's always off....and then I'm hand cutting labels. I don't understand why this company can't get it together. If you have the ability to create online and download, it should work. I've wasted hundreds of labels....So disappointed. Now I'm stuck with over 100$ in blank labels I can't use. Or else I have to handcut all of them. Not to mention as I get to the bottom of my sheet of labels, they are all cut off. It's like their templates don't line up with their paper labels.

I've used Avery design & Print for years every since I started up my wedding sweet company and invites, I used toenjoy designing something unique and personal for customers,but since the app stopped working I've Hated yes "HATED" doing designs asits impossible on a tablet to do the intricate details and special designs on the online version it's bloody awful actually Impossible to do what I used to I've never ever been behind on orders as I always would design / print / make up the same day. But not now as I put of for a few days attempting it ashets me so dam frustrated I used to love my WORK but now without the APP I hate it. Why do people have to change something that's not brokenandworking perfectly fine, Seriously if I can't find another app to do my work I'm going to have give up my business as I have to use a tablet/iPad as Im disabled and it's reason I bought the iPad and iPad Air for work when had App.............. Listen to the people they all want the APP back

I figured my first batch of labels weren't centered bc I was just learning illustrator. However, I KNOW the logo is centered now because I tested it on a badge. But my logo is way off center. Why would this company allow a product to go out like that? After waiting so long to get them I am very disappointed. Also slapped one on for effect and it crinkled. It's just a one and a half inch circle and it crinkled. Wish I had thought to read all the reviews first.

Fisces! is the best word to describe. Or perhaps someone wasted their lives making this software. UI is a nightmare. Never works right. No ability to scale from center or equilaterally! Never prints what you see in the viewport. Increments of moving are too large of a jump.

I should have listened to the bad reviews. And yes it's true, they are horrible. They acted like they cared and had me send all types of pictures of all different angles of the horrible job labels they did. And I got ignored. Save your money because this website is full of crap!

We used Avery over 20 years ago when it was so easy to create what you wanted. Labels, envelopes...you name it. Took just a few minutes and you were done, printing and using your creations. Now it literally takes forever to create, save and print. An over-complicated bloated program which rivals that of our incompetent Government systems and doesn't belong in the private sector. KISS...Keep It Simple Stupid!! If they would just go back to the old Software the nation would jump on board even if it meant paying a small fee for the program. ***Note: Despite all the bad reviews no initiative has been taken to make any revisions.

Avery allowed me to go thru and spend hours customizing my labels/order. A week goes by and i receive an email saying that a portion of my order was out of stock and if i wanted to modify the size by a 1/2 inch i could do so at my own expense, ie; spend more time creating another product, pay to ship it and repurchase. When i asked for a full refund as i had not received my order yet i was told that 1 item (our of a dozen) had been shipped so i would also have to be responsible to pay for that. AFTER 2 Customer Service reps had told me over the phone that i would be FULLY CREDITED. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I've had so many orders of printed labels that are crooked and misaligned even the reprints are now misaligned. They use to be pretty reliable but that all changed and has never returned. A waste of money and time. I'm done with Avery for good now.

It takes FOREVER to arrive. It takes about a week to even SHIP and another week and a half to arrive at your house! Honestly it ain't worth the hype, and it's not even that cheap. IM STILL WAITING FOR MY PACKAGE THAT I ORDERED ON JUNE 7TH! I got the confirmation that my order was shipped in the 11thm so I'm like, aight cool, it should be here soon. WRONG. ITS JUNE 19 AND I AM STIIIIIILLLLL WAITING. And tbh, the quality ain't all that great either. When you take it off of the packaging or whatever it looks all foggy and smudged underneath. Not like a glossy finish that I expected it to be. It's like the adhesive underneath was getting wiped off a little, but it sticks on ok, u just gotta keep pressing down on it. How am I supposed to run my business if I have to wait weeks for my labels to arrive? This is crazy, I don't think I'll be ordering from here ever again.

Spent $300 on file supplies and Avery labels. Our first dislike was sharing our business contact information with Avery. Then we tried to type simple file labels...bad...many tries. Then printing did not align. Then it was no better with MS Word. When we realized that we were wasting out time we tried to online chat with Avery. They were too busy to answer. We scrapped all the Avery products and used a competitor. They need to replace all of their label instructions.

Pretty much same issues as everyone else, why would the printer part of the program not print what was displayed on the screen? The old version was MUCH better. DON'T FIX WHAT ISN'T BROKEN! This program is designed so that in order to get what you want, you MUST order from Avery rather than use their product and print your own, too bad you can't give less than one star!

Avery's old software wasn't perfect but at least I could work around its shortcomings. The new version, which they switched to over the last few years outright sucks! It's not user friendly and I can't even find out how to do simple things I want to do with the address label file that I change each year due to people moving, ..etc. Please improve this software!! I will be looking at other methods of printing my Christmas card labels.

I am a retired secretary who used to Avery templates quite easily. I've only been retired two years, but the template sites are SO different and so frustrating, that I'm very suspicious that Avery wants me to click for THEM to print off my project. The latest problem is with the template for "Print to the Edge Round Labels" Avery 22825. First, you can't print to the edge because warning signs pop up that text may be cut off during the printing process. Second, (staying within the suggested parameters) the template was quite a bit off both vertically and horizontally, leaving me with only two out of the twelve labels that printed on my first page barely usable. I've spent almost two hours trying to figure out my own template for the 20 sheets of labels I purchased at Office Depot. Now I'm going to hunt the internet for possible templates from other sources that might match what I have, and if necessary, I'll buy a different brand. So very disappointed (and mad, can you tell?) at Avery!

Why is it so difficult to get what you paid for. I designed my labels using your templates. When it came time to print the labels, I was redirected to PDF the file which shows up with an Avery extension. You know damn well that saving a file with an Avery extension will not be accepted by any computer for future use. If I choose not you allow you in my business than let it be just that. I designed my labels, and if I don't want you to print them for me, release the file!

I'm sorry Avery but you had a winning combination when you had Design Pro 5.5 software and your labels. Both of these worked like a charm. You discontinued Design Pro 5.5 and came up with Design and Print and more issues came about. Why would you not hire the same programmers that worked on this software back in 1999-2010 and come up with an improved version? Even your Design and Print offline (standalone version) is being retired so only the Online version is available. I will not use Online only products for creating and printing Labels. Bring back Design Pro 5.5 redesigned using the original tools from Leadtools, Envel and XLS. This older software is vastly superior to what you offer now. It is shame. Users will need to keep older hardware to print labels? Crazy. Please fix your ways Avery!

I've had issues with them since day 1. First the rep didnt know what options they all had for labels and kept suggesting products I couldnt use because they were reserved for when they do the printing. I was still asking her questions and she ended the chat on me as well. Ordered my labels economy and said it would arrive in 5 business days, it took 10 or 11 days. I want to return the products to them after having a bad experience and avery deleting my review on their website because it wasnt favorable to their reputation they want to know if I am going to order from.them again because that influences whether or not you can return something. So much for 100% satisfaction guarantee they have on their site. I would give negative stars if possible, so mad with this company and its reps.
