I have been a Jazzercise instructor for 28 years and AVNow has always been my choice for mic equipment! Regardless of whom you speak with, they are polite, knowledgeable, get back to you quickly and they make sure you are happy with your purchase.

I placed my order on 5/18 for a new mic. I chose standard shipping, because the site said it would arrive in 1-5 business days. I hadn't received any additional communication and when the package still hadn't arrived, I called customer service on 5/28. I was told the mic was on back order, but coincidentally, you all had just decided you would fix it by taking a mic out of a full set and send it that way. I now have to wait another 3-5, after the you all actually fulfill the order, whenever that might be. Just wonder how long I would have had to wait if I hadn't called! Disappointed!

I was referred to AVNow by a fitness instructor who recommended it. I'm interested in purchasing a well-needed microphone headset combo so I called the 1-800 number and received great information to my questions. The call was great, the wait time was short, the representative was very knowledgeable, patient and kind, and he answered all my questions satisfactorily. Because of this positive experience, I'm inclined to go ahead with the purchase of the equipment.

I have used the Airline 77 system for years. My headset got a short so I had to order a whole new system. It was delivered very quickly. So excited to have a new system that will stay on my head. Very disappointed that the one switch is hid inside the battery compartment. It is hard to know when it is on or off. There is no light to indicate. I find I have to tap it to see if it is off or I. When I have a substitute they won’t be able to figure it out. After two days of use I have already had to change batteries. It’s making me bummed about the whole system.

Our club has used AV Now since I have been the Group Ex Director for the past 11 years. With over 100 classes per week, it is important for us to have reliable microphones and stereos, which AV Now does a great job at providing. Their technical support is always appreciated as well.

I'm a group fitness instructor for 30 years. I have bought my own microphone equipment over the years, from headsets to entire systems. I have used AVNow exclusively for at least 15-20 years and have been extremely impressed with them. I always recommend them to instructors looking for equipment and also to clubs/facilities looking to purchase equipment.
