Max Dixon, the Banham Engineer, came to our rescue when we managed to lock ourselves out of our home. He arrived on the scene very promptly, was most courteous and friendly, and solved our problem in short order. Max was very professional in every respect and was a pleasure to deal with.

I had Liam fit my new Banham locks this week, the service was exceptional from first contact through to completing the job; rang ahead to check it was safe and appropriate to still attend in the current climate, turned up bang on the time specified, was friendly and proficient with the installation and making good. The quality of the products speak for themselves. Very happy I went with Banham

Walked into showroom @ 20 Thornsett Road and Melanie addressed all my door lockset requirements efficiently and clearly plus offering considerations to have, per my selected finish colour. She may turn out to be correct as wife thinks "black lockset on black door may be disconcerting...". And as Melanie expressed, I can still change my purchase for another colour, come Monday.. .

But an easy, comfortable, efficient transaction. Thanks.

PAUL Williamson a member of Banham’s Alarm key holder response team did an excellent job for me yesterday.
I was unable to attend my property yesterday so PAUL stepped in and not only attended my property but stayed and coordinated the solution with Active Alarms . Great job PAUL thank you.
Banham Alarms are lucky to have a guy like you on their team.

We bought some security grills for our house and found the service provided by Banham excellent.Would like to record our thanks to Jeff Wilkins who measured up and installed the security grills.Jeff arrived on time and got on with his tasks efficiently and left the place tidy.

My Banham lock broke and a Banham's engineer MAX DIXON attended and he was absolutely fantastic. Friendly, quick, considerate and extremely knowledgable and went out of his way to remedy the situation which involved him returning the same day. Excellent service.
