Baseballs savings claim on their website: "If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can EASILY exchange or return your item online. Item must be returned within 30 days from purchase in new and unused condition" I was charged $6.39 on a single item return. The value of the item was $7.98. I payed $6.39 for NOTHING! Three separate phone calls... Three different excuses.

Ordered the wrong brand of helmets and immediately canceled but they shipped anyway 2 days later. Then said they found the cancellation request after they had shipped and sent me an email telling me they had already shipped and outlined the miserable process needed to return them. Do you think they hope I just keep them? They are not a good company to work with. Stay away

I've bought here numerous times and have had zero issues. I never take the time to review purchases but reading all the whiney butt hurt sob stories prompted me to take the time. Perhaps they had a bad experience but all of mine and my sons team mates have been issue free.

Due to COVID, team fittings were cancelled and we had to guess sizes...the pants my daughter got were unwearable. She loves the Champro pants but we had none in grey. I placed my order on a Wednesday night, and paid for overnight shipping. The cost of the pants was so reasonable that even with overnight shipping the two pair averaged out to about what I usually pay for them. I read some of the reviews and got a little nervous so I called Thursday morning to see what the status was to see if I should have Plan B in the making...the person I spoke with was so nice and helpful and said my package would go out that day. And today it showed up on my doorstep. So thank you Baseball Savings for saving the day for our Tournament this weekend!

Had fantastic service with my custom Richardson hat order. They were very nice and responsive... They were also willing to work with me on a tight deadline with the richardson hat company and getting it shipped out ASAP which was extremely helpful. Once again, very satisfied!

I ordered a pair of white/gold Adidas size 9 that was need in my son's tournaments that begin in 2 days. I received a pair of Blue/White size 12 New Balance today. I contacted customer service just to find out that I have to take time out my day to print a return label and find a FedEx to drop off this incorrect order before they can contact their warehouse to see if my brand/size/color is in stock. The CSR advised me that it will take 48 to 72 hours to find out if they have the correct shoe. I advised them that I'd send this bad order back and I also want my money returned so I can just go to a store and purchase the shoe. The CSR told me that once I return the wrong order, then they receive the shoe, it will then take 3 to 5 days before the return process begins. This basically means, it will take about 2 to 3 weeks before i get my money back. I am extremely disappointed with this company and will never shop or recommend this company to anyone I make contact with. Please spend that extra $20 to $50 on getting your children sport gear from walking stores.

they seem to take a long time to get an order shipped out. I expect an in stock order to ship the next business day. OK sometimes maybe the next day, but just generating a tracking number but not getting it to the carrier in time to go out is unacceptable. Two business days later it need to be on a truck headed to its destination, not dropped of at 10 at night so it hopefully goes out the next day. Im not too happy with these guys

I received my items in a timely manner. Everything was correct and the price was great. I read a lot of bad reviews about this site, so I was skeptical about ordering. But everything was fine and great quality.

Ordered apparel for my daughter. They omitted my town house unit number on my shipping label. Called them on the phone, and they said that they will overnight another pair and their customer service verified my town house number. Well, next day came, and the idiots in shipping did it again. I had to go out to $#*!s and buy her pants there because they would be unable to ship me another pair before opening day. I bought many things from them in the past, but they lost my business for good.

Big frigging deal! They offer free shipping but cant ship the products that you order. I placed an order in May and just found out that the bat that I ordered is back ordered until the end of June. Very unhappy. You could have had the common courtesy to contact me instead of me calling you to check on my order. Heres my advice to anyone ordering from Basball Savings...DONT...if you need something and want it delivered in a timely fashion...go somewhere else!!!

I bought a bat from this company a few weeks ago. First issue was the shipping. Ordered on 2/18 and was supposed to have 2 day air shipping. Didn't receive the bat until 2/24 which was almost a full week later. Emailed them and they offered a 10% discount on my order for it. Okay, cool. Then came the second issue. The bat we received was the 2020 Mizuno 28in 18oz POWER -10 but what they had a picture of was the 2020 Mizuno HOT METAL B20 -10.... but in the description of the bat on their site said both Mizuno B20 PWR Alloy.... so essentially they had combination of two different bats in the name. I wanted the HOT METAL bat which is what was pictured. I was sent the POWER. I only found this out after comparing the bat I ordered vs what I received on Mizunos website directly. I emailed them again and after a week of checking their inventory they finally admitted to having the wrong bat pictured. The solution I was given was that I could return the wrong bat and order the right bat now that they had it corrected on their website. But wanted me to pay full price for the correct one (bat that was pictured I ordered for $79.95 but it actually was $149.97 - so a difference of $70.02).... I find that to be horrible customer service, honestly. If you have something listed on your site, that it was is expected to be received. All they wanted to offer was free next day shipping which since it's a Friday means I wouldn't get the bat until Tuesday. Then after asking for a supervisor, I was given the option of a 10% discount on the correct bat. In my opinion, they should have done a simple exchange and wrote off the difference since it was their mistake. This was my first time ordering with this company and certainly my last. Don't fall victim like we did!

Prices are hard to beat anywhere, especially with one of their coupons. However, everything is fine until you have an issue. No customer support. One order was fine. The next, issues arose. I tried using their customer service email, received a non-deliverable back. Tried their online chat, no one available. Eventually got an email through to another inbox and got no response. So if your order goes through ok and the item works, you are good. Otherwise look out.

I ordered usa bat, website do not specify if is back order until you pay and checkout. I called 3/28/18 and customer service Dizion it's back order until May 2nd..ridiculous..do not use this website, it's a headache..

I ordered softball pants, my daughter needed that Saturday. I attempted two other orders with different retailers and every time I received something was wrong, I went to baseball savings and order what I thought was a good price, and even paid extra for 2day shipping. Never received the pants, and as of this morning, it states that the shipping day is "pending" Will never ever do business with these guys again, they need to rethink their shipping company.

I bought a pair of Easton Mako catcher's leg protectors for my grandson for Christmas. At the second practice the broke lose of the seams holding it in place. I called Baseball Express and they informed me that I could return the item, but they would not replace them. They would only give me a refund. I had no problem with this. However, I was surprised to learn that they would be taking $5.95 off of my refund for handling.

I purchased 3 items for my son and to get 2 day guaranteed shipping, I added a 4th item. I received a confirmation right after placing order that all items were in inventory. Next day, I again received email stating items were "processing". The day of shipment, I received an email that 2 of the items were on back-order. I overpaid on the item just for the 2 day free shipping. I sent an email to customer service, and now I have not heard anything back.

If I would have known that, I would have placed my order somewhere else. With all the other available options like Amazon, why bother to shop here?

Ordered a Nike Air Barrage 14 Glove last tuesday. Get home today, and there is a box the size of softball at my front door. Open it up, and they sent me a 7 inch tea ball nike ignitor.

No big deal I think, I will just call and send them out me a new glove. When I call, the girl asks me, am I sure that is not what I ordered. There is a invoice in the box for a 14inch barrage. After placing me on hold for 8 minutes she comes back to tell me that she doesnt have any more left.

Ahh the good old bait and switch. She says to pick out a glove and they will send it and waive the shipping. After looking I cant find another 14 inch that I like, I call back to ask do you have any Nike or Akedema gloves in a 14 in stock....girl goes, we cant search that way. I said, can you recommend and before I finish she cuts me off to say, sir, if its not on our site we dont have it.

Well f them then. I have to wait for the Return lable to get my money back, which is a joke. The tball glove they sent me is worth 12 bucks.

Just horrible, horrible customer service....stay away.

Paid for a baseball bag on 9/26 and got free shipping. I called on 10/02 to see where it was and I was told it shipped on 10/2! They said no refunds and I am stuck with 2 bags now since I did not plan on a 2 week ship time! It cost me $30 to do business with this outfit!
