Excellent experience. I had ordered 2019 rather than 2020 foiled certificate covers, realized it as soon as I completed the order. I called Baudville to see if I could change the order to 2020. I spoke with Tiffany who was very helpful and changed the order over the phone. I received the correct folders a few days later. I am very appreciative for her help!

Love the product enough to purchase a few more! But it would be helpful if the website indicated which items were on back order. Both times I ordered I had to change my items as some were out of stock.
