Ordered a pair of shoes which were supppse to have shipped in 7 to 15 days and did not shipped and when I did receive them they are cheap. I would advise anyone who is considering order DON'T DO IT YOU WILL REGRET IT

First of all I order some crystal rhinestone gym shoes on January the 31 st.... and in February I got an email telling due to high volume the gym shoes would be delayed so I called the federal trade commission and today I got the gym shoes in the mail and they are glitter gym shoes not crystal rhinestones..... glitter is all over the floor coming of the gym shoes please don’t do business with them they are a scam and poor business people... and their website is a big fake.

I ordered 3 dresses end of March and received just 1 dress on May 7th. The shippment invoice had 3 dresses but only 1 came. The dress I received was not the one I ordered although similar , it was more like a night gown. I will never order anything else without reading reviews first. This is marked off as money lost. No way to contact this business.

Do not order from this company placed an order early march when heard nothing sens a message via customer service no response as i paid by papal raised a complaint via them and only because they can refund my account did they re[;y and although ordered early March only sent in May still waiting for it to arrive....

I ordered a pair of shoes and 3 men’s XL shirts. The shirts are so small. The shoes feel like they are made from cardboard. I emailed my concerns and asked for my money back and instructions on how to return the items. The asked me to take pictures of the items and send to them which I did. They emailed me back saying they would give me a credit of $10 to use on their site and I could keep the items. Are you kidding me? I did not like what I received why would I order more? I told them I just wanted my money back. They then emailed me stating they would give me a $10 refund. I’m so upset. I’m attaching a photo where you can see the difference of a men’s L and a so called XL of theirs.

I ordered 2 dresses and 2 tops. I only received 2 dresses and one top, all three pieces of VERY poor quality and size is way off. I still haven’t received the other top and have no way of tracking it as it shows under original order. I will try for refund, but don’t have much hope. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

I would actually score zero watch out this company does not give good customer service at all I ordered a top on the 19th January didn't receive it so I got in touch with them they said due to the coronavirus they are having trouble shipping and looking for other suppliers I've since sent 2 emails which I received emails back saying they were sorry I haven't received my order yet the last 2 days I asked for a refund by email twice and personally messaged them and oh what I surprise I've been ignored I will not let this end I will keep getting in touch I will take this further you are not doing yourself any favours DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY diabolical ????????????????

I ordered boots when arrived you could bend the sole in two they were more like slippers. The tops were nothing like the photos I am unable to wear anything. And they have all gone in the bin. When trying for a return address nothing available. And when tried to leave a review on the site couldn't, that's when I realised all the fantastic reviews are written by the company. The company needs closing down

I placed an order to purchase five items. When the package came, there were only four items. So I reached out to them and they just told me that the missing item was out of stock. I wasn't even notified about that. The company took the customer's money and didn't even notify the customer when they didn't have the item. They just let the customer 'discover' by themselves. I contacted them and asked for a refund. It's been almost two months now and I still haven't heard anything from them. Very disappointing.

The shoes did not arrive for 2 months and they did not fit and I was not satisfied with the quality, I am hoping that I do get a refund as the reviews are not good on refunds I will never order from them again

Have made order on January 11 and instantly realize that this is big mistake. I'm trying to return my money back and they said repeatedly that going to refund. When I checked tracking it was showing that the items were sent out of Chine on January 25. I find it impossible to get a refund. Beware and do not buy from this company!!!
