Galaxy S21 Ultra. Seller claims to be an Aussie company. . . all samsung comes from china so who knows, but they do come off as an australian company. Took about 25 days to arrive. Seller did respond to my email when I was concerned with the delay. Phone genuine. I was a bit concerned when I tried to use Galaxy pay and found it was locked to Hong Kong. To change this would have voided the warrenty. I contacted seller who was going to get back to me but 4 weeks later I have heard nothing. I use google pay instead. Opening some location apps for the first time come up with suggestions in English and Chinese, but I think after figuring out where the phone is, its lost the Chinese and only shows English now. I'm not tech savvy so I was a bit concerned what other things might not work if they were set to Hong Kong, but after a month of use, all seems working fine. Would buy off them again as they have the best prices I could find.

Bought a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 256Gb-SM-G998B/DS, it was an international model with dual sim. The delivery was quick, got it in 4 days, the shipment looked to be coming from Hong Kong, the packaging was done well. The company seems to be in Melbourne
The phone came sealed and works fine for me in Australia. I had no issues with the entire transaction.

Best mobile phone shop as the name suggest truly lived to its name. I bought a phone and it was delivered in quick time. Price was unbeatable and I compared at 9 phone outlets but best mobile phone is truly the best. I highly recommend it.

Worst service ever. On Monday 19th July 2021 Found the phone to buy, Samsung S21 Ultra. price advertised as $1195 but when put into cart, price was $1595. Emailed, messaged and phoned. No answers, finally someone answered phone and said they would check it out and ring me back.....still waiting!!! and price has jumped to over $1600 ............false advertising at the best..........and they are not an Australian company!!

Extremely happy with the service and product. I was skeptical ordering from overseas but with the protection of PayPal you can't go wrong. Best online place to buy your mobile. Person from Online chat send the msg and I got call from one of the representative. He was sooo helpful. Arranged for my mobile to be taken back and ROM changed from Hong Kong at no extra cost. Excellent service. Recommend to all to get their mobile from them, reasonably priced.

I went looking for an ASUS ROG 5 Ultimate, and many places sell it for ridiculous prices like $3,500 and $4,999! When ASUS announced the phone it was supposed to be only in the $2,000 range. Best Mobile Phone had one in stock for $2,850 - so I wanted to go for it. I just asked if the phone will work with Australian NFC, but I got an honest answer which is "unsure" - it is at least honest! Time went by and I decided to order. I ordered on Friday evening (past 5pm), and he told me it would arrive Monday - and honestly at the time I thought it was over-promising, but come Monday and the phone DID arrive. Phone is exactly what I saw on online review, came with the fancy box and everything, and nothing is missing! Amazing speed, very good service. Totally recommended!

This was my first online purchase of mobile phones. Initially, i was a little bit worry despite it was a recommendation from my good friend but when I spoke to the person on the other side of the phone, the person was very friendly and professional. Not a fake reviewer (not that it means anything), but the phone was delivered on time and everything was as expected. Had a scary moment when I was setting the phone up, where things got a bit screwy but turned out I was just stupid. So the phone was the legit phone (Sony Xperia 1 iii). After using for a day and having set everything up, the phone is working fine. It did come delivered from HK, which inherently boosts my suss senses, but everything would come from overseas anyway given its Australia.
