Very good service, pleased with order and delivery and the product is as described and is good Hopefully you will be able change to environmentally friendly packaging soon such as cardboard instead of plastic wrapping this would make it a perfect choice for me

lack of appreciation when I rang to query something - no empathy for my complaint / problem whatsoever - whilst I fully agree the delivery time was shown on the webpage - the lack of empathy that that the page has TWO * (why would you look for two?) could not even see my point when I brought it to his attention. Badly handled sorry - wont be back

Placed my order over a weekend when Big white box was closed.As soon they opened on the Monday I received an e.mail informing me that they had received my order,then another to say was dispatched on on it’s way.Only learned of this company whilst searching online for the item I required.Will certainty use again.

Product very good,courier rubbish,left parcel at no 14 I live at no 4,if I had been new to area this could have been a problem,normally parcels are left with immediate niebours which is acceptable as we do the same for each other.

I purchased a couple of caravan wheel locks and managed to source them almost half the price my local dealer wanted. Granted, online is usually cheaper than a high street store but Big White Box were still about £25-30 cheaper than the nearest online retailer. I'd never heard of them before this purchase but it's clear they have a good track record and I'd be happy to use them again in the future. First class deliver service too.

I purchased a new TV aerial point in one order and then some caravan feet in the second order but I accidentally went through as a delivery rather than click and collect that I wanted. I attended and they resolved the order and refunded me the delivery charge without hesitation. The prices are very competitive against other accessory stores.

2 fan heaters ordered for our trailer tent for our October break away with the kids. They were rated as number 1 and definitely made our cold and wet break away much cosier. Best price paid with Big White Box and delivery within just a few days. Very happy and would definitely order again.

I was abroad on holiday and they sent me a part I desperately needed in less than two days. Pretty much saved my holiday. Polite friendly efficient helpful ..... you get the idea. You’d be a fool not to use this company.

I ordered a 12v shower for using on the dogs after a muddy walk. The shower arrived within 3 days of ordering and arrived well packaged. It has already been well used. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Big White Box again as I found the whole shopping experience very good.
