I WOULD HAVE GIVEN 5 STARS BUT I THOUGHT I HAD ENTERED A 6.00AM ARRIVAL BUT WHEN I PRINTED MY RECEIPT THE ARRIVAL TIME SAID 6.55AM. when I TRIED TO CHANGE IT I COULDNT AS IT WAS A RESTRICTED BOOKING AND WHEN I PHONED TO EXPLAIN I WAS UNABLE TO SPEAK TO ANY ONE AS IT WAS A TOTALLY AUTOMATED PROCESS. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have always used this meet greet service,park your car in one off the bay's they do the rest short walk to airport just minute away and when you return ring them and your cars waiting for you excellent ????

Use meet and greet at Birmingham Airport often and have only once had a problem, now I just avoid that company.

I thought the service was very good, although I have a problem because we have 2 cars, my brother traveling from Devon, and myself traveling from Cumbria. I will be phoning shortly to try and resolve our problem

It was so wasy to book on line and so much cheaper... although 7 miles from terminal there is a free shuttle bus every15 mins

Signpost near the entry to car park is not very clear possibly due to work next door
Please have flood lights in winter months
Overall very good service
Will use again

Managed to figure it out by phone call but would of be great to get further info when making a larger booking, but overall really happy with price and once figured out how to book five rooms was pretty easy :-)

I object violently that you share my personal details with 2 commercial data companies. I would expect a tick boX somewhere on your booking form that allows our data TO BE KEPT PRIVATE !!!!
