I make no criticism of the nurse who was badly let down by management. I was the first appointment and the computer was non-performing. The nurse had to run around to find someone to rectify. There was no one available except another girl who was not competent. I will not use their service again.

Roisin was the nurse who looked after me that day. She was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions. I also added another test when I was there. Was also very impressed with the booklet of results which was well set out and I was able to show it to my GP who has since followed up on some blood tests and keep a check on my health.

After one acceptable Bluecrest cancellation for illness, and arriving for the second to be told it had been cancelled again, the third one was very professional and quick.

They discovered I possibly had a cancer and their discovery enabled me to have early treatment which has hopefully put the cancer into remission for a long time.

Overall a pleasant experience but i thought the whole process on the day was too quick.It only lasted 22mins. I think there could have been more time for open discussion.It felt alittle bit like being on a production line.

Well where do I start, brilliant so glad I gambled my 200 hundred quid. If I did not I don't know how I'd got fixed. Turns out I do have gout so glad it's caught early I hope.

I believe the room in which the tests were carried out could have been more convincing from a clinical perspective as too could the attendants attire - although she was polite and respectful

Also the tests were simple and perhaps a few more words of explanation regarding the function of the tests could have helped make the experience seem more real from a medical perspective

The report took longer to receive than expected

Absolutely shocking, rude ‘nurse’ informed me I was late for my appointment when I actually arrived on time - not the 10 mins before (due to cancellation in child care). He offered no advice in rearranging the appointment (even though technically I wasn’t late) and was happy to have me leave very upset. I would not recommend this service to anyone with Bluecrest based on my experience.

I have used the Bluecrest Health Screening 3 times and each time has gone seamlessly, staff are very pleasant and explain all the tests the are carrying out. I have taken my medical report which I received from Bluecrest as there were a couple of Amber flags which needed addressing and my GP was very impressed at how comprehensive it was. Having been for my last Screening in December, my medical report a couple of ambers in another area,which I intend to follow up with Bluecrest and have tests taken at the same lab as their labs are much more advanced than NHS.

The nurse was very efficient and personable, she explained everything and I was made to feel very calm and comfortable. I received my very comprehensive results on time which were very user friendly and easy to understand.

I would recommend this service to family and friends as it is very well organised and the people that conduct the health checkups know their jobs very well and if anything is found that is not right with your checkup the will let you know and then you can take your results to your own doctor to get them sorted out.

I was unable to pay on the day of screening for an extra service because the machine had broken.I went on holiday the next day for 3 weeks during which time bluecrest tried to contact me for payment.As I was away no contact was made until my return.
This whole process delayed the results coming through to me by a considerable amount of time.
I tried to contact Bluecrest to complain but they took a long time to reply.
So through no fault of my own my results were delayed.
When I eventually got my results I thought the presentation and ease of understanding was good.
