When it comes responsive supply and delivery I don't think it gets much better than these guys. Shipments always exceed my expectations and have found their products well priced and of reasonable quality.

Bolt Depot has top quality fasteners at way-better prices than a hardware store. You can order individually, or in a small or large box. The website is even better set up than Amazon. They will consolidate orders to save shipping, call about duplicates in your order, and even sometimes send your package, if lightweight, via two day USPS when you paid for standard shipping. (It was a $200 order.) I have never seen such customer service. And they really know their fasteners!

Bolt Depot is always very prompt and having ordered from them about 5 or six times, they always get the order 100% correct. Even with postage their prices are well below the box stores and have everything I need in one place.

I only needed a few odd sizes 12/24 nuts and bolts and various sizes of "Heavy" nuts. Everything I wanted was in stock and shipped promptly. The items arrived in well identified packages. It was packed very well. I would recommend Bolt Depot to anyone who is looking for good products and service at a fair price.

I have been ordering supplies from Bolt Depot for several years and have never been disappointed. The service is perfect, on time delivery everytime and the quality is excellent.

I build and fly R/C Aircraft and often need a few dozen bolt/screws that I can't get near buy. The Bolt Depot has been there for me every time I needed them. I particularly appreciate the way they educate and inform us laymen on the size and shape of things. Thanks for being my small volume but special supplier.

We purchase a lot of fasteners, well over 300,000 a year and Bolt Depot is one of my go to sources for the bulk of our needs. The quality of fastener is steady and consistent. What I mean, is that when you buy a lot of fasteners, you need to know the fastener will be consistent. Many places have multiple sources for bolts & Washers, so the type and quality of the fastener varies from order to order. Bolt Depot is very consistent, which is why I prefer to use them, over and over again.

I will probably give 5 stars in the future. Pretty quick with delivery, products were fine. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars this time was the dropshipping. Bolt Depot uses many suppliers for their products. The order may come next day or trickle in over the course of 2 weeks. It just depends on the various suppliers. That being said, there prices are great and the selection is very good. So all in all I was very pleased and will continue to do business happily with bolt depot.

I needed SS hardware for a last minute outdoor project for the 4th of July. Found what I needed on website, ordered and received everything in a timely manner. Have ordered from Bolt Depot in the past, as they have a great selection which has been accompanied by better than average customer service.

The 3-day express shipping was almost as much as the order itself, and it still took a week from the order date to receipt of the order. Not a great value there.

Order was placed at 1:20pm on a Tuesday. Bolts arrived at 10:45am on Wednesday. That was shipped via UPS Ground.

Bolt Depot has been my savior on 2 occassions now for when I was looking for bolting hardware for car or home projects when the chain hardware stores failed to either have the product in stock or even carry it at all. The website is very easy to navigate and I find exactly what I need quickly.
