They send shoes is whatever size, send them late and then cite a 30 day refund policy with no exceptions, and even if you write to them within the 30 days they refuse to provide a return address in order to process refunds. This site is a scam.

Please DO NOT buy on this page of this company called Boots N Bags Heaven… they are unscrupulous and they steal from one blatantly. I bought a white bag online from this page (which I did not know, and I did not read the terrible comments they have before buying said portfolio) I made this purchase on 09/07/21. I waited 3 weeks for that bag to arrive, when it arrived it is of a Very Bad quality; I immediately contacted them by phone (which they do not answer, there is only one recording) I wrote them an email which a certain one answered me: Paul…. the same one who told me to send him a photo of the wallet so that he could reimburse me for MY money; I sent the photo of the portfolio and until today I am writing this complaint; They have not answered me again. This company is a FIASCO… don't buy here. atte: Roosse Mary.

Reading your reviews I haven't bought from this company. But I want to tell you about mine with other company's like this on face book. I got caught like this placing orders found out everything that is advertised on Mark Zuckerbergs face book is from over seas. I have learned my lesson they charge the card before you get the merchandise and you wait for it a month later. In the ad it should stipulate where it's shipping from the USA or overseas. And Mark Zuckerbergs face book should say that. And he should demand they put that on their web site. So needless to say if it's not here in the USA I will not place another order. Takes to long. I learned the hard way. Take my advice buy locally so much better ladies. I hear your pain I have been through it.

Steer clear. Their merchandise is cheap and not sized correctly. Tried to get a refund and but they want me to measure garment with a tape measure to see if garments were sized according to chart. I don't care. Why? If I am unsatisfied I should get a refund. They deserve to be shut down. O zero stars!!! Horrible customer service and poorly made products!!!!

Do not shop with this company!!!!! I ordered a dress for an event a month before I needed it, and I barely got it on time. When I did, the dress was so cheap and paper thin. It looked more like a child’s costume than a dress. It looked NOTHING like it did on the website. When I went to get a refund, the same day I received the dress, I was only offered $20 to buy something else from their site that would be shipped for free. When I informed them that I spent $40 on the dress and not $20, they let me know I could have $30 on the site or return the dress at my own expense. Super frustrating experience.

I purchased shoes for my daughter's birthday. Three weeks later, I have yet to receive an email with an order number to track my shipment. I've received countless advertisemt emails and junk notices from them. I decided to call them to get more information. The customer service person was a complete moron. He told me the item I ordered was not in stock and I can wait or complete a refund form. I asked how does one allow a customer to order online, pay their money and never be notified that their order is not in stock. He told me not to tell him about the policy, he was the customer service person. He then proceeded to shout expletives at me until I hung up and disputed the transaction on my card. Do you self a favor and never order anything from this scam site.

I thought this was an American-based company. The clothes looked like they came from a shady street dealer in a third-world country. Total crap! I spent over $90 on a pair of boots, i ordered them on Jan 11th 2021, its currently Jan 22nd 2021. Its supposed to be sent via USPS, and USPS says they have received the ticket but waiting for the item still.
On MLKJ Day, they emailed me an ad saying "A DREAM OF BIGGER DISCOUNTS!" Like really?! Insensitive jerks! I immediately asked for a refund and to cancel my order. They refused, saying it was "in transit" yet I could see it hadn't even left their warehouse to start being shipped yet! The boots are going straight into the trash as soon as I receive them. I refuse to wear products from such a company.Total crock. Border line scam. Racists, insensitive, and disrespectful. Their MLK Jr. Day ad should go viral. People should know a company's policies, before doing business with them. I wish I had done my research. No one should do business with these clowns. This company deserves to go under. Please, do NOT buy through them. I wish I had read reviews, first. I'm contacting Better Business Bureau to see if they can help clear this up, because the "Customer Service" sure didn't care. I'm out $100 now. Thanks, Boots and Bags,Hell.

Worst customer service and impossible return policy. Received an item more than 2 months after ordering (totally forgot about it) and couldn’t return it. The marketing makes it sound like the customers are part of a community; so ironic! Boots and bags hell would be a more accurate name.

I would give them less than 1 star if I could. Had a problem with the item purchased, they didn't want to let me return it. It was $50, so they offered me $30 to get something else. What??? Really? The item was bad, hello??? Also, the other item purchased never showed up. It's just a reselling website with suppliers from China, that's why it takes sooooo long to arrive. Lame, stay away and spend your money with a vendor that is located in the U.S., where they have a good return policy and where you can talk to someone.

This website is completely FAKE. I bought a ring on January 29th that costed 22.90$ in all. It’s February 19th and there’s no tracking update, I emailed them and they said there delivery takes 11-21 days. Well it’s been 21 days and still no ring, no tracking update. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I ordered a pair of ladies gloves to match a new coat. Cashmere with 100% guarantee.
After 3 weeks I requested a refund since they never arrived. They refused.
They finally arrived and are the size for a child. I requested to return for refund of $25.00. They refused. Will not be doing business with them again, probably get everything from China? Don't bother

Ordered from a sales ad. Purchase was a silk scarf & cashmere gloves. Both on the sale flyer. Items were NOT as listed. Quality was worse than a dime store item. Even sale price was too much for this junk. Gloves were a cheap stretch knit & scarf 100% polyester. Raw seams inside glove trim & colors not as shown. Horrible. By info on web, non refundable or returnable. Big scam!! Stay away from this company if that is what you call this operation. I am alerting BBB & my credit card & State Consumer Dept.
REPEAT: Stay away from Bootsnbags. Esp if you value your on line info.
