I'm not happy at all with delivery service,I made my order 22 December, now 27 December and I didn't get it.Problem is not only with dpd which is terrible but also with work speed of Brekz. Not sure gonna order here again,because it's not first time

Ordered Monday morning, delivered Wednesday afternoon. So allow 2 days for order.

Fast easy, simple
came on time (should arrivei within 24h + 2-4 working days due to corona) ordered 10/jun/20 and arrived16 june 2020

Items were shipped out a bit slow (3 business days), other than that all good, delivery took 1 day, everything packed well, looks legit, really good price.
Will buy again here.

I ordered dog food more than 10 days ago and the company has not delivered it yet.
I tried calling for 3 days and nobody picks up.
I emailed twice and nobody replies.
I still don't know if they will send me the product or refund me.
I thought this was a legitimate store.

I ordered dog food with a 1-2 day delivery time. 2 days later the order is still sat on payment accepted. The phone line says all lines busy, thanks for calling - call back later, or send us an email - THEN IT HANGS UP! On the contact page you find that they are moving to a bigger warehouse - and that there might be delays in delivery - I don't see this on the main page, nor when ordering. I would like to cancel my order as I need the food for the dog and I can't even do that on the website. This is the second time I've had delivery problems from Brekz, the first time I put it down to a lost parcel but I don't trust them anymore. They might be a couple of euros cheaper but they are not worth the stress! Find a more reliable company is my advice.

Ordered products which I needed that week, however, they arrived over a month later. The only e-mail I received was a e-mail a week after I ordered which said that 1 product was missing but the other one's will be delivered shortly. And they promise 1-3 days delivery and this e-mail came over a week after my order which is hilariously bad. I e-mailed them with no response and had to order these products from Pets Place who delivered them the next day. Now I have duplicates of the products because you have to pay the delivery yourself if you want to send items back and I could not get in touch with them (since they won't answer) to get a free delivery. Almost 2 months since the order and no response yet.
