I would recommend this service to anyone flying from Bristol airport it’s convenient and easy to use I booked last minute fantastic and I was so worried on availability but no it’s great we have used this service before and it never let us down then or now

As a near 75 year old, not particularly computer literate, person, I felt fairly confident with the booking procedure. Would certainly recommend and use again.

I found the way the different parking options and their prices were displayed slightly confusing, i.e. there are two entries for each option such as 'Silver Zone' followed by 'Park and Ride'. Not immediately obvious that the latter referred to the former.

Extremely smooth and easy - ANPR worked perfectly and parked < 2 mins walk from the terminal entrance.

I haven't used Diamond before.....£100 cheaper than the regular valet parking....so hopefully there isn't a catch!

I have booked what appears to be a new "Drop 'n' GO' service for £65.99 - but I have no idea what the difference is between that and the Premium Meet and Greet service that was £111 as the descriptions are identical - what's the difference?

I did have to call the number to check the price as this is not very clear, I would expect the price to be next to where it says "Diamond" & also total for the amount of days? As it only says a price which doesn't state for how long?

I have used the meet and greet parking at Bristol airport before and find it the best airport parking there is so when flying from Bristol it's a no brainer

I double-booked my parking - I was contacted by Lauren who arranged for a refund.
I had tried to check if I had made an earlier booking but because I didn't have the specific booking reference it wasn't possible - could you change your checking system to search using the surname and car registration?

Very easy to book except there didnt seem to be a price for short term parking for up to three days. We ended up parking Silver which is supposed to be for four days and over because we couldnt find the rate for under three days. But apart from that, all very easy.

The website implied that there was a 60% discount that day. That was evidently strictly true when compared with the drive up on the day charge.However I found it misleading. I paid the due price, no more and no less, it would seem. Why therefore draw attention to the discount, when it was not, if only to deceive

I love the fact that Bristol now has a multi storey option, brilliant and so convenient. Disappointed that the prices have gone up but you can't have it all. Thanks for a hassle free booking!
