I was trying Walmart delivery for the 1st time for my disabled mother. So after shopping I proceeded on to check out. After entering all my information ex deliveryaddress, card and billing address the message appeared saying CV code was incorrect I made sure it was then message said being denied by my bank so I called. Bank verified they were not denying and information was correct on their end. I then tried again and message said billing address doesnt match. So I chatted with an operator and they said the same. So I asked to speak to a live person via phone. This person continued to tell me based on their computer my address dont match so they cant process order. I insisted that they look into it because I have had the same address and bank for over 5years. He just rudely told me I have been marked as fraudulent and my order will not be process so this will be my 1st and last time ever using their site. I was referred by a co worker to help with my disabled mother thanks so much for non help. They need true CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING.......

this was easy to use and I like not having to choose from just a small select list like other delivery services. Brian was amazing! Courteous, helpful, and prompt. I would definitely ask for him in the future. I have already recommended Burpy to my friends.

There are way too many delivery options made available compared to the number of shoppers working for you. The shoppers are great! But, I have had my deliveries bumped back at least 5 times because there were no shoppers available. Just this past Sunday (May 3, 2020), I elected a delivery time between 12pm and 1pm. There were two hour delivery slots before the one I selected and several after it open. I received my order at 7:45pm. I made an order the previous Thursday and was told that there were no shoppers available. Then the service told me that order was going to be delivered on Friday. The order never came and had to be combined with the one I received on Sunday evening. I want to stress that the shoppers' service is great. However, your system needs to align available delivery times with the number of shoppers available and honor delivery slots selected by customers. This is a tough time and I do acknowledge that. Please accept this as constructive criticism. My warm thanks to your peeps and all they do!

I have had such a great experience with my shoppers and getting what I need and not just grabbing a replacement item. Friendly, Professional, Outstanding! definitely would recommend to a friend or someone reading this.

Westminster is doing a great job of delivering 2 meals a day; however, the selection is limited and fresh fruit is something I've been craving! Receiving my order this morning was heaven sent! Fresh squeezed orange juice is a delight always! Everything is beautiful!!!

I had the first slot for delivery, they cancelled and rescheduled because of a shopper issue like they always do 98% of the time, I've shopped here for 4 years. They rescheduled for the evening between 4pm and 5pm but the shopper delivered my items at 3:00pm without any prior notice. Favor that specializes in restraunt food delivery is hands down better for grocery delivery, they pick up the oder fast and deliver in 3/4 the time. Thank you.

My shopper was EXCELLENT! She had originally bought the incorrect item. Once I informed her, she picked up the incorrect item and searched for the correct one. She texted me a copy of what she found at another store, and it was the correct product. She delivered it to me past the scheduled delivery time, but I didn't care since she found what I needed. She was the perfect shopper.

Fun and friendly service. Sometimes driver finds it extremely difficult to find the house on a dead end street and sometimes driver doesn’t want to look for replacement even though store has replacements in stock...but other than those problems it’s the best app yet.

I ordered 2 steaks with the price being about $7/ib. At check out I specifically checked the option to be refunded if the product was unavailable. Instead i received 2 large beef chunks that were double the price of steaks. When I contacted customer service they told me there was nothing they could do about it other than to give me a 5% discount code for next time. Will do my own grocery shopping from now on.

It's nice and easy, I always shop for my boyfriend here, but unfortunately I can't use my card since I live in Kuwait and my card is not American it would be nice if you could accept international payment method to make it superb thanks

This was an easy check out process. I've always ordered from Walmart delivery as well as HEB. This was the first time I ordered from a grocery delivery service that actually gave me my own personal shopper. Not only did my personal shopper keep me updated, he also gave me a courtesy call to let me know one of my items was no longer in stock and did I want him to substitute for a similar item. Walmart delivery service, will give you a substitution that's nowhere near the item you picked out. I will definitely reach out to this service for future deliveries. The amount of groceries I ordered came out to be the same amount as if I ordered straight through Walmart or HEB delivery just less headache. My groceries came on time and everything I picked on the list was in my bag.
