Took less than 5 minutes to sell two of my used iPhones on the site. After that they shipped me the boxes and all I had to do was wipe my phones and pack them. It was very easy process and they kept me posted on each stage of the process until I received my payment. Highly recommend!!

I sent in 2 Galaxy s9, sim unlocked, phones in excellent condition. They had been on Verizon, T-Mobile and lastly XFinity. Unfortunately, instead of simply putting in a different sim to check, the phones powered on with the XFinity logo. They returned the phones at their expense though.

I sent them a phone in very good condition and they came back to me saying it had a cracked screen and was worth 10% of their initial offer. Um, no I don't think so. Don't do business here, there are too many other choices.

Original offer price was $120 , but they incorrectly determined it had a defective battery and reduced value to $39. I rejected the offer. After getting phone back had it checked by Apple and they determined it was “like a new battery with minimal use at 98% peak performance level”. Sent sane phone another company and received full price with no mention of battery issues. I feel Buyback World was dishonest or possibly incompetent.

I have been using **** for many years and the experience is always good. Process transparent, shipping is easy. Love the free shipping kit it made my shipping so much easier. Offer definitely competitive. Will come back for sure.

I sent in my computer - a 2012 iMac in great shape with no physical damage. The quote I received was better than what other services were offering. Upon inspection I was told my computer was defective and had ‘white spots’ on it, so would be worth just about $300 less than what was quoted. I had never seen such spots so I emailed asking for a photo or some explanation. But all I got was a generic auto reply with an identical message saying there were white spots, and asking if I want to go ahead with the exchange or if I want them to send the computer back. I responded by saying that before I make a decision I would like to know what the spots are. But I either got no response, or the identical message as the initial one. Then they decided to go forward with the exchange without my consent and sent me my quote minus the $300. I’ve spent just about two and a half months calling and emailing at least once a week to try and get an explanation, or just to speak with a person. But nothing. 0. On my last attempt they told me the computer is no longer in their possession. Such horrible business practices. Such poor customer service. Honestly quite shocking!

I am glad Buy Back bought one of my phones but did not like the other saying the camera window was broken. The flash window was cracked but the camera worked fine. I just wished they would have taken a picture to show that it worked before deciding not to offer much for it.

I emailed them asking about why I haven't received the check, as I got an email notification saying that it had been processed on 12/24. I had submitted my order 12/8 and for it to get to them and processed took about two weeks. After not receiving the check in the mail after ten business days that I received the notification, I had emailed them where I promptly received an email back. They said I should be receiving the check by 1/13, as it takes ten business days. I just wish this was communicated better and was a little less confusing, as I have been waiting for it for a little while now. I hope they send the check in the mail by the time stated!

I was quoted $75 for a working Apple Watch/band/charger. I got an email saying I would receive only $2 because the screen was broken (it wasn't), there was no charger included (it was), and the original band was not provided (it was), and I had to get back to them within a couple of days if this wasn't acceptable. I tried calling and emailing multiple times over multiple days, but I was never able to talk with anyone. I wanted them to return my items immediately, but instead they gave me $2. Do not trust this company.

Somehow the payout method was changed the day before or the day of the payment being sent. The name on the account it was changed to is not mine and I have no idea who the person is. I think it is a scam. BEWARE. I tried to contact BuyBackWorld multiple times and they do no respond or I get hung upon.

I have used this company in the past, but it took 8 weeks to complete my order. I send 4 additional phones to resell, and when the phones could not be accessed—for whatever reason—THEY KEPT THE PHONES! I requested the additional phones, since i was only paid for one; and i haven’t been able to speak to anyone, because THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE A WORKING PHONE. In addition, they lowered the amount of my phone after it was returned. Use ANYONE else!! Unless, you are desperate for cash.

I had a pair of first gen airpods on hand that was not in use. Apple only provides a recycle/dispose service for those. Glad I found buybackworld to buy them off of me. Shipping to them was free. I simply downloaded and printed the label provided and shipped right away. Took about 10 days including shipping and inspection to get my $30. Overall, it was quick and easy.
