Upon opening my parcel from this company, I realised one of my items were missing. I searched through every box and I could not locate the item. I immediately email the company about the missing item. However, I received a response back basically advising too bad; its out of the 14 day window so there is nothing they can do. The item costs less than £5, and this company is willing to ruin their reputation and lose a customer over something less than £5? I am shocked!
