I only can a 4star because the price of your product continues to go up. Even shipping! Why? I love the product. But due to the overall cost, I look for other products.

Purchased 2 pairs of underwear and undergarment for my husband to feel more secure with his ostomy . The order came quickly but the quality was very poor My husband was convinced I ordered ladies underwear no room for his manly parts. Bought 2 different tyoes of under wear but besides the color they looked identical . Would not purchase again besides they were quite expensive I would order from convitec ostomy secrets again their quality was much better

The package arrived really fast, despite it being just before Christmas, and it was in a box which gave no clue as to the contents, which meant that my daughters (the intended recipients of the contents) did not have their Christmas surprise spoiled. Thank you!

I bought a suction grip handle to use in the shower. It works really well, looks good and was inexpensive. Delivery time was excellent too.

The backrest arrived within 7 days, its strong and stable, I could have bought a much cheaper backrest but this one is very good quality and will last for the time we need it. The price I paid fir the backrest i don’t think excessive it’s very well made.

Ordered products excepting to get item in 2 to 3 days, took over a week to get them. waited for a email to confirm shipment date and never got one. After products had arrived I had to go to post office and sign for the package, which was an inconvenience due to having to leave work early just to get the package, once I got the package and opened it there were items were out of their packaging and packaging was damaged.

My purchase was supposedly shipped to me in the US on January 10 and,12 days later, I haven't received it. After sending an inquiry, I was advised by the company that it still hasn't left the UK.

I ordered two items, one never arrived. I had to ring the company twice and email three times before the problem was resolved. The number on the website only takes you through to the orderline who cannot put you through to speak direct with customer services, they can only seem to be able to pass messages on. You then have to wait for someone from customer services to contact you. I had no responses from emails hence the need to ring. Orderline staff were very pleasant and tried to be helpful but customer services just aren't responding quick enough.

I ordered the Bamboo cutlery (3) sets. One of the three sets came with 2 sets of knives and no forks....I have emailed them 12/12/19 and have not heard back for advice on how to either return the entire set or if they will send me forks!

Took 11 days to arrive and then wrong colours to make up for out of stock items from suppliers. Beware the website shows in stock for everything when that’s clearly not the case.
