When we were placing our order, we were notified of an error we had made in our billing address. After we made the correction, your order process picked up right where we left off and completed our order smoothly and seamlessly. It was the best experience we've ever had online.

You claimed my address was incorrect on my debit card but took another credit card instead, I did not want to use that card. I did not change my address. there is PLENTY of money in my debit card account.

Week I can’t confirm my receipt yet since this evaluation window poppwd p prematurely. Would be good if you let people know that they had confirmation of purchase before asking them for a rating. :)

I like your website and the reliability info you provide on your site, but I was under the impression that there would be no extra fees. You don't have a service charge, but you do have a delivery fee. I didn't like seeing that, as I felt a little duped.

I was very pleased with the service from Capt. Tickets and more importantly I didn't feel ripped off. There were no processing fees. Everything including the photos of the view from the seat was accurate! I'll definitely use them again

I had never heard of Captain Ticket but my grandson wanted to send his mom to see newsboys and sent me your link. I ordered her the ticket and she was thrilled! She had a great time there and had no problems with her eticket. Thank you! You were the only place he could afford.
