I have purchased from this company about 6 times; buying either Blank DVD Cases or Ritek DVD-R 4x. All of my orders were processed and shipped fast (within 1 business day); shipping took about 1 week due to the warehouse being on the west coast and I'm located on the east.

I have had no problems with any orders from this site. I have not had to deal with customer service, so I cannot produce a valid comment.

Prices for the products I was looking for were the lowest I could find (generally about $1 less then Mertline).

Packaging for DVD-R is good. There is enough packing peanuts to protect the product. I have not recieved any damaged products.

Overall, I have been very satisfied with my purchases from CDRDVDRMEDIA and will be buying from them in the future and would recommend them.

This merchant is a complete Fraud. Shipment was never made although of course payment was received and processed by them. They were able to issue a UPS tracking number by providing billing info but they cancelled it 4 days after. AVOID AT ALL COST!!

Although there was a discrepancy with my initial order One email to one of their Customer Service (Jessie) and I had my order corrected and delivered in just 2 days. Thanks

I placed and order on June 12, 2006. Got my order and the dvd case that was suppose to hold 1000 dvds only had sleeves to hold 720. I am missing 90 slvs which hold 2 dvds each (a $20 dollar value) I emailed the company and called the day I received the order and explained that I was moving to Germany. This still has not been taken care of after 10 or more emails. They keep wanting info off the box, which I have explained that I do not have because my household goods have been packed and shipped to Germany. Worst customer service I have ever received. Sure the prices are a little cheaper, however; by ripping off their customers, they can afford to sell for less. You certainly dont get what you pay for with this company. I will never order from this company again. I will also never recommend this company.

I have placed two orders in the past two months for DVD-D media and have been very satisfied so for. The first shipment arrived as ordered and the packaging was great and the media arrived in perfect shape. I have burned about 70 of the original 100 that I ordered with out one coaster. I can’t remember the brand but it was the cheapest the offered.

The second order has not arrived yet but it is in transit and should arrive 6 business days after my order. My order shipped the day after my order so I am pleased with that.

Very slow shipping process going on 3 days and my order has not shipped on an in stock item. The worst is when I sent an e-mail for a shipping date or time I was told it would be soon by Lisa from customer service.
When I asked for a clarification on soon I got no response. They state on the site 1-2 business days for shipping but don't believe it. And if you need to talk to someone no telephone number and no e-mail response from customer service. I would not recommend purchasing from them. If I don't get a response in another day I will cancel the order and dispute the charge with my credit card company!
On the other hand the parent company Meritline has very good customer service. I have purchased from them many times with great service. I planned on ordering this item from Meritline but they were out of stock for a week. What a mistake I should have waited the extra week. I probably would have got the item sooner!
Bottom line don’t wast your time or money with CDRDVDRMEDIA.

I needed to get some DVDs in a hurry to a third party, paid for 2nd day UPS and they got them out the door the day after I ordered them. Was very pleased with my shopping experience.

I ordered a couple of small items, shipping was expensive, it was 10 dollars to ship less than a pound, but I wasn't able to find the item elsewhere, still have not received the item, tried to contact customer service, but have gotten no responce at all.

I have ordered one WEB cam and did not get any confirmation from CDRDVD Media.But they have deducted the price from my credit card. After i sent couple of emails and did not get any response. Moreover i am not able to find thier contact Phone numbers. It is too strange to me and apprehensive whether my item will reach my Home or Not. Pl advice me whose known about this gus.

Purchased 50 4x DVD-R disks. They were very reasonably priced (approx 0.50 a disk) and were delivered quickly. I have burned several disks without problems. I would do business again.

I purchased a simple solar powered toy from this merchant and even though it was only $3, it was a total waste of money. First of all, it was shipped from Singapore, and stated it would be shipped within 2 weeks. Mine took one whole month to deliver. When it arrived, the packaging was all messed up, and the item itself was all separated parts by parts, but not broken. The item was defective from the start. Its design wasn't meant to function properly at all. Simply put, it was a piece of junk, not even worth one dollar!!! Shame on CDRDVDRMEDIA.COM for even trying to sell these junks to customers.

Ordered a 50 pack of DVD-R (generic) and a 6-in-1 media reader. Items arrived about a week after I ordered them, but I didn't recieve my tracking number until the day before the items arrived (they had been in shipment for about 5 days, with a weekend included). 25 of the DVD-R had a spindle, the other 25 were just wrapped together. I'm guessing about 5 out of the 50 will be unusable. The price was right, however, and other than the minor glitches, not a bad experience.

Ordered from them on the 9th (i think), recieved *today* (the 11th), was a 50 pack generic (Longten 001's 4x via DVD Info Pro) for $32/FREE shipping. Very happy with that (delivery time), even though I'm only about 30 miles away from them. Was expecting 1x discs, since site doesn't mention either way.

The packing leaves a bit to be desired - site showed a spindle pack (not delivered as such), but came stacked, and wrapped in some plastic to keep them together (in 2x packs of 25), then covered by bubble wrap, in which was packed in a rectangular box, filled with an acceptable, albeit not really generous, amount of foam peanuts. So far, haven't see any obvious scratches in the any of the media, although one did seem to have a small dye run, but I could be seeing things ;).

Burned 4 of them so far (3 from top of one pack, another from random place in same stack). (Burned using Pioneer DVR-106D) ALL 4 have come up w/ successful burns, @ 4x (verified w 15 min time for burning 4.36GB +/-). NO read errors AT ALL on any of the 4 (2x4.36GB, 2.39GB, and 3.93GB) in DVD Info Pro,and linear for the most part in Nero's DVD/CD Speed x-fer rate test...Only very MINOR speed 'dips' on the way, but nothing drastic, nor did it last long, nor occur much.

So all in all, so far Im very pleased w/ the media, and think I possibly got a "3rd batch" (or @ least good "2nd batch" discs of said Longten's which seem to have a much better media quality than previous ones.

I have been a customer of CDRDVDRMEDIA for over a year, and thus far have been satisfied with their product. Minus 1 single cracked unit of cd/dvd case which considering the case fulls I have purhcased from them it's not bad at all. I cannot give them a 5 for customer service because I have yet not needed to give a complaint nor communicate with a representative by phone as they make ordering online very easy so I do not know how well they handle an issue if one had arise. I assume their at least a 4 Thank you CDRDVDRMEDIA!
