They advertise as taxi supplier and website on which you are making reservations for desired vehicles. In reality they withdraw your money and later send that they can't find supplier for that price, so they have sent me a link to make extra pay which increased the price for 65%. Insane. I wouldn't reccomend to any.

We rented 3 times in 10 days a 25 seater in Barcelona. All went well except the last time, the taxi arrived 30 minutes late and only after several phone calls. Since we had to catch our flight this created unnecessary tension.

The driver was not in the arrival hall when I arrived requiring me to call to check his whereabouts.
This is not the first time.
The interior of the vehicle could have been cleaner.

The driver and car were at the train station on time and got us to our apartment in a safe and timely manner. There was a mix up about the payment, which was made on line ahead of time but that was remedied quickly.

excellent service really but had to wait 10 or so minutes at the airport for the driver on the outward journey. Would use again.

Collection was 30 minutes late. Had to make phone calls to London office. No come back on information from first operator. Phoned again to be given no information but a Spanish contact number. Eventually driver turned up with sub standard vehicle smelling of sick.

Return journey on time & good.

Through no fault of his own the driver was late but was excellent in ensuring that we got to the Eurostar check in point. Overall both outward and return journeys were excellent and we would certainly use your service again.

our plane was delayed two hours and on arrival we had some issues contacting the office - line disconnection on public phone - couldn't hear replies on mobile - driver eventually showed up and dropped us at the hotel in good time. Thank you

3 negative points but nothing major: 1. He wasn't at the airport when we arrived so waited for 15 mins and we had a 3 hour journey ahead. The 2nd one was on the journey he needed petroleum which you would of thought he would of filled up before. 3. As we wanted the quickest route he added 35 euros on for the motorway toll, that should be included in original price as everyone wants to get to there destination as quickly as possible. Good driver though and got here in good time.

When we arrived at the meeting point we must have waited more than 15 minutes looking for someone with our name, then we phoned the number using the mobile which was a call via Australia. The driver then arrived somewhat later saying there was construction work near the carpark, which as a driver he should know where all the delays are. We then had to walk some distance to the vehicle in a carpark. He then drove us in a convoluted way to the Swissotel, saying that it was his least favourite. He then parked the taxi across the road from the hotel and made no effort to assist with luggage to cross the road during a busy time. This after we had just spent nearly 24 hours in flight and transit since leaving home.

The return journey was the complete opposite with a polite driver who came over to the hotel, helped us with the luggage and delivered us right to the correct departure area. As we expect from a booked service. He was 5 stars.

We understand the taxi cannot be parked at arrivals, but having the driver on time would be a great improvement.

On arrival at Corfu airport the driver was not waiting with a card with our name on.It took us 10 mins to find our driver only because a helpful Greek lady knew where he was waiting, he did not speak a word on the whole journey to sidari.On the return trip we had a lady driver she was very informative friendly and great company we chatted the whole way back and really enjoyed her interesting conversation about life and Corfu she was a pleasure to spend time with.

I originally booked transfers fr 11 people and needed to add an extra person at short notice. Although this meant I required different vehicles, City Airport taxis supplied the vehicles and provided good communication confirmation.

one driver spokes english and another not, but he used his smartphone for transletion.

The car for return to airport was 15 min late. I had to call emergency number. We loved our driver though! My driver on arrival didn't speak English and wasn't very friendly.

In Lisbon the driver from the airport to Hotel left us two blocks from hotel, we found out he could have left us half a block away.
