I filed a dispute because I returned items, at my expense, that they said were final sale. I did not understand that BOGO meant you were stuck with them if they didn't work. They would only ship them back to me, at my cost again, or donate. They were unwilling to work with me when my initial return was due to the poor quality of the tops. I finally filed the dispute because I had been a customer that had made many purchases prior and felt like they were not standing behind their merchandise. So, fast forward to yesterday, they cancelled an order I placed and said they will cancel all future orders, based on my dispute previously. The irony is they still spam my phone and email with deals. I am very dissatisfied that they do not value their customers.

This company has a terrible exchange policy and should be updated to all sales final. I bought a pair of leggings and they were a bit too small when I received them. Per their exchange policy I ordered a new pair and sent back the first pair where they stated I would get a refund. I returned the original pair in the exact same condition that I received them, with all tags attached. The leggings were only ever taken out of the packaging long enough to try them on. I recieved an email tonight stating they wokt refund my money because the tag was shredded, the pants smelled of mold and the outside tag appeared to have been wet. This is dishonest because the item was returned in the exact same condition that I received it. I feel as if they made up excuses to not honor their exchange policy.

I loved the clothes this company sold. Everything I bought was so comfortable - a bit pricey though, but I was willing to pay the price for good quality clothing. I recently bought an adorable knit sweater zip up with buttons. My size is normally a medium in their shirts, so I thought a large for a sweater should be ideal. It wasn't. I couldn't zip up the sweater. When I checked the website to see if I could exchange for a larger size, they were out of stock. I emailed customer service and was very surprised at the terrible service. If you buy from this website, DO NOT RETURN. It is a mess. You will be required to pay for your own return shipping and to make things worse, they charge you a 10% restock fee (they wouldn't even explain what this means). Otherwise, you can get store credit (which I took last time I had to return something and it took me months to find something I wanted again). This company does not put their customers first, like all good companies do. Buyer beware - make sure you buy the correct size the first time otherwise you will run into some undesirable return experiences.

I ordered an item on November 6 for my girlfriend for Christmas. Most places offer extended returns starting November 1. Come to find out if I need to send it back I only have 30 days. I asked very nicely at first for a one time exception which I was denied and told the extended return policy for the holidays starts November 15. I was also told I need to research the policies before I order. Funny thing is I did and nowhere under returns does it show their extended return policy for Christmas. There sly and deceiving. They need to be more transparent.

I was a huge fan of this site until my most recent purchase of a white top with a brown suede pocket on the front. I washed this top once by itself as instructed on the tag and the top came out with brown splotches all over the front of it. I reached out to customer service and they said they cannot do anything to help me because the item was not reported defective in the first 3 Days And because it had been washed. I'm shocked honestly. The reason the product became defective is because it was washed FOLLOWING THEIR CARE INSTRUCTIONS. They refused to do anything to help me. Customer service can make or break a brand and clearly in this case the product was defective and deserves to be replaced or refunded.

I ordered a cute pair of booties. I went to put them on today and noticed the stitching on the side has come completely apart on one boot. I called to see how I would go about exchanging them, and was told I can't since it's been past their 3 day return policy. So ridiculous. I have only wore them twice and the soles aren't even scuffed up. You shouldn't sell product if you don't back up the quality of that product. I found a way to contact the actual company of the booties, because Closet Candy wouldn't give me their contact info, so hopefully they will do something to solve this issue. BUYER BEWARE !!

First off, the clothing often looks much different in person than they make it look on the models in the pictures. I'm not even just referring to the fit being different on someone who's 5' 7" 105 lbs and fake 32DDD boobs vs. a regular woman either. The fabric sheen and overall appearance of the entire item tends to be different. But if you want to return for anything other than a credit to their cheap online store, good luck. All they offer is an "e-gift card." Cheap clothes that you can easily get at your local stop-n-shop trend store, with a complicated return policy. No thanks. I don't buy from them anymore.

I have ordered 2 items from this store and both have had holes within months. One of the items I received was the wrong size and they acted like I was bothering them by contacting them. Every time I have talked to anyone at Closet Candy, they have been rude, acted like it wasn't their problem and could have cared a less about the issue. When you are buying their product they are all over you, but as soon as you have an issue they could care a less. This seems to be a regular occurrence with this boutique.

Please save your money. This company says they are a family owned business, if that's true is a shady family. Only business this is is scamming money. They find these clothes online rename them and sell them for more! I learned that from another costumer. She bought her shirt from a store for 1/3 less then they were asking. If you ever call costumer service be prepared to be talked down to. Truly don't care about customers

My roommate has bought a few Items for CC so I figured I'd give it a try. I now know why I only see her wear it a few times. The quality is horrible and the case instructions is wrong. Plus I have seem MANY of the same clothes on Amazon for 1/2 the price

I agree with the Review that says reviews .... are fake or at least in my case I would just say I certainly say I don't agree with the others. My recent order was my first order , it was a pair of jeans for my daughter as a gift , the item I ordered did not match the description on website , so once I received the item right away I called to find out the what the return policy was and what to do .I was told just print off easy label and send it back with all tags attached . I did what follow what I was given for instructions and for whatever reason the label did not work to which I was told it may be my browser . So , I did not want to further delay returning the item to not get a refund to my card I just paid shipping myself which was a little over $ 7.00 and returned it. So , it was a big surprise when I found out after they received item with tags on and returned in same condition sent . I did not get a credit to my card but all I was to receive was a store credit !! I spoke with Mariah who issued my store credit and Ericka who said that there's a pop up about the return policy for a store credit only . I explained I did get that pop up . Either way I explained my frustrations an she said she was the top person to speak with and didn't really seem to think that it was a policy she was willing to make an exception over . So , this review is to just make you aware .... lots of companies have policies and In my case I feel item should have matched the description , along with the fact that policy should have been stated on the phone when I called for the instructions on the return. Along with making it very apparent on site . Had I been told that so at least in my case I could have resold the new pair of jeans with tags attached to not be out shipping but replace the gift . The price certainly was not a deal compared to other sites nor was return policy in my opinion in comparison to other sites . It's not worth the bother to loose the money and have a credit minus shipping unless you just live near the boutique . So , just make sure you are aware . Although my concerns were politely heard she seemed to not Offer even an apology about descrepany on description ! Either way ... with so many deals on internet for clothes and offered for free shipping or free returns my overall opinion is look elsewhere .Im a disappointed customer and Lesson learned.... Im a regular online shopper and I rarely return but on a rare occasion you do this is not gonna be worth it in the end . Hopefully , this review will help someone else to not make the mistake I made .

I ordered a few things from this company and was soooo excited to get my box! A couple months later, the beanie I ordered completely fell apart after maybe 5 uses. The stitching on top came undone and there was a giant hole there. I emailed the company asking for a return or even a repair. They flat out refused - even on a repair! I have lots of friends that order from this company and after my experience they refuse to order from this place again as well. There are plenty of other online companies that have just as cute of clothes that can offer much better customer service than these people.

I ordered sandals my girl wanted for her birthday on May 12th her birthday was on the 19th it's now June 7th and they never responded back to the several attempts I've made for an update on when the item was going to ship or my money back.

I bought a blouse that said dusty lavender. When it arrived I was very disappointed. The color was Marv. I emailed right away. And she told me that I received the right item and the color was correct. How does Dusty lavender equal up to mauve. One is purple and the other is brown. They need to correct the colors on the website. If I knew this I would never order the item now I'm going to get credit and I don't like anything other on their website

They do offer FAST FREE SHIPPING, no issues at all with that :) The next day after I received my jeans I posted a review on under the product I purchased & it never posted & I did another a couple days ago, and still no review posted on this item. When I buy something especially JEANS, I read reviews on them from people who actually bought them. They say order a size up because they run small also. I am a 6 so I trusted website and ordered a 7 to be safe. Bad Idea!!! The jeans are DARK WASH SAME AS JENNIFER WASH same distress pattern as them also. And DO NOT ORDER UP THEY STRETCH WHEN WORN & ARE TO BAGGY BECAUSE OF THIS. I am so disappointed that they were nothing I expected. More disappointed they do not post customer reviews, I did not post a bad review just told them about color & size issue & my disappointment. So for anyone that shops on this site, I hope this review helps out from here. Its important to review stuff when you shop online because you never know, and it usually decides if I do or not. I have been shopping online with Closet Candy Boutique for over a year. It is one of my favorite online boutiques! They have have amazing items in the latest trends at great prices. I have loved every piece I have ever purchased. It helps that they do a great job describing the fit of each item as well as giving you the model's usual sizing as a helpful guideline. I have recommended CCB to all my friends!

I have ordered multiple times from CCB! They have wonderful quality clothing! They give very detailed information on their website in regards to sizing. If I have ever had any issues with an item not fitting correctly, they are prompt to respond to my emails. They are always willing to help to make sure you are happy with your items purchased. I love all my CCB clothing items and am a proud repeat customer!!

I've been shopping with CCB for about 3 years now. I've always had amazing response time on questions, quick shipping, and clothes that hold up over multiple washes. Highly recommend! One of my favorite online boutiques!

Their clothes are EXCELLENT quality and are cute and affordable. I have ordered multiple things from the website and have yet to be disappointed with the quality or fit of the clothes (other than a couple things that just didn't fit/hang like I wanted them to). Their customer service is AMAZING. They want their customers to be happy and that's a plus for me! I love this boutique so much I've gotten my Mom and friends hooked, too! Definitely give them a shot! You won't be disappointed!

They basically steal your money with their crap clothes and don't let you return or exchange. I bought 4 items from them and all but 1 had bad imperfections. I threw the other one away because their customer service, so basically the 200 that I spent there went in the garbage and was considered my loss. How do you not return clothes with holes in them? ? Bad, bad company. Read all their reviews. They are terrible!
