My order was canceled for an item quoted at $184 and they then provided me a quote for another item from the same manufacturer of lesser capability for $303. Item retails for significantly less. This company is a scam. The item I originally ordered is still in the store and you can process orders for it.

We have gone through 3 different motherboards that have been DOA from other companies in 3 months. The motherboard we ordered here worked as expected first try, it was such a sigh of relief. The service provided was excellent and exactly as advertised.

The first experience with Code Micro has been a good one. Response from customer service was done very well.

I desperately needed 2 laptop parts that I coulnd't find anywhere else. They were horribly overpriced but I ordered them. I paid $60.00 for overnight shipping because they said each part had to be mailed from a different place. Anyway, I only got one tracking number and ended up calling them 4 times the next day trying to get a tracking number on the second package. I asked them repeatedly if the part had at least shipped and they kept saying it had. At the end of the day, they finally told me the second part was damaged and hadn't shipped at all. No one bothered to tell me this until it was too late to try to find the part somewhere else. They are unprofessional and uncaring. Their prices are outrageous. If I did business like them I wouldn't have a business.

I was looking for a part and no one had it. Found it at Code Micro. Good Price, Fast and Friendly Service and Quality product. Couldn't have asked for more.

The part arrived in excellent working order, and arrived 3 days faster than expected. Code Micro continues to be an excellent example of a great quality wholesaler.

We purchased a Dell XPS 730 reman. water pump from CodeMicro. The CPU bracket standoffs were reinstalled backwards. My technician only noticed that after damaging the motherboard during install. We had to eat the cost of a new motherboard as a result. Will be much more cautious when buying from CodeMicro in the future.

FOLLOW UP: CodeMicro and I have come to a resolution regarding this issue. We agreed on a 50% refund due to the above error, since it was half the fault of the part and half our part for not inspecting the part upon arrival. CodeMicro has adequately resolved our issue. Thanks!

I ordered a CPU from Code Micro, which on their website said 10 in Stock, on a Sunday with expressed shipping. When the product did not arrive on Thursday, I called and was sent to voicemail. So I went on line, and looked at my account. There was no reference to my order. I called again and was sent to voicemail. This time, I told them to cancel my order and refund the bill they had already charged me. 10 min later I called to just find out what was going on, I spoke to someone in sales. He said they sent emails requesting to swap out the product. When I told him, NO YOU DID NOT, emails are traceable you know. He told me the order was canceled. I told him I just canceled it 5 minutes ago. Do yourself a favor, don’t use them.

My credit card information was stolen 1 day after placing an order with these people. The credit card was a brand new corporate card (never been used) and this was my first purchase with the card. I emailed them and never received a reply. The stolen credit card was used in California (where code micro is located). I will never order from them again. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. To make matters worse, their inventory said they had plenty in stock when one of my employees called them. They quoted a price of $154 for the 3845 fan tray but then charged me $345 2 days later. This company is a sham. BAIT AND SWITCH plain and simple

dONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, ordered a BCM for a client, with overnight Saturday delivery which they charged immediately.
I did not received the equipment on Monday I called and was told that they had sent it regular overnight monday delivery.
on Monday afternoon i got a call from saleman Ryan saying that they had not shipped the BCM and it was still at their wharehouse asked if I still wanted it. in a bind I agreed to have it shipped for tuesday,the equipment arrived rushed to the customer site, installed the machine would not boot up. after looking over it found that they had sent me a Know manufactured defective machine.
I have placed an order whith my regular vendor.
waiting for an RMA to return the item , I'm not looking forward to the issues that wil arise for sure.
this company sucks.

I needed a Dell motherboard for my notebook, but Dell not longer sells these. Was able to get a genuine board from Code Micro. I received it, replaced the broken one and my laptop is working again. Much thanks to the sales team there who were able to get me the right part, and a terrific price too.

Received wrong part, ordered $150 worth laptop case, paid with CC, received a $30 laptop memory cover. Returned using their return label, couldn't get my refund since CC information was stolen a day after my order and CC number was changed by company.
Save your money save your time save your CC information, don't buy from these people.

Purchased 2 ADP 6350 printers. One of the kept getting a paper jam error after each print. Because the unit was for our rarely used third F&I office we didnt find out til shortly after our warranty expired.
