Quick delivery and delicious coffee. The pods have a little more coffee in them than the standard Senseo pods so you can actually make a large cup of coffee or two small cups of coffee with one pod, which saves money.

The website was easy to navigate and easy to place my order. I received my order and it was missing one item due to being back order. A few day later I received the item. I will definitely use this site again!

I love the Wolfgang Puck pods. We had been thinking of getting rid of our Keurig because f the environmental impact, but the invention of these pods which break up and bury in my garden was a game changer. Coffee House Express is easy to order from, prompt with delivery and the prices are slightly better than the site I had been ordering from.

I love this coffee it is not acidic or bitter like most brands I have tried. The price of my 50 count is very reasonable. I wake up to this coffee every morning. I would gladly recommend this coffee to others.

My order was shipped in two boxes and I was confused and wanted to be sure everything was okay. I called and a very nice customer service representative answered all my questions and set me an email, Great! The full order of coffee arrived and I am very satisfied.

I don't navigate much, I type in the brand name and specific item/flavor I want. It instantly comes up. I put in the cart, check out, get my order confirmation, get my "order shipped" confirmation, it arrives, and is correct. What more could one ask for?

Delivered on time. I could wish that the packaging wasn't so messy. It would be great if the packets were organized neatly in smaller boxes within the shipping carton, but the packages were just thrown into the shipping carton and shipped. The product itself was great.

I received my order but the package was damaged and roughly 7 bags were damaged and spilling open onto the box very let down i don’t know if this was coffee express’ fault or at fault of UPS very let down in the process.

You treated me like I was a long time customer Thanks for the super fast delivery and the and was just telling my kids if they want tea or anything to let me know ill order it that you guys had it here within 48 hours which I did not expect..I realize that might not be the case all the time but it was super fast which I didn't expect. The navigation of your site was exceptional. Ordering extremely easy. I received my decaf tea in a good amount of time especially considering all that is going on right now. Packaging was great and no damage.

The site is easy to use and the order arrived promptly with no issues. I gave it a 4 rating as one of the packets was open in the box but not a big deal. Overall experience was good (haven't tried coffee yet) and I would recommend this brand.

Everything from start to finish was easy peasy. Absolutely no problems whatsoever, and I am very happy with the product also. This is my 2nd time ordering with you, and I plan to continue to do so. I also find the prices to be very acceptable.

The main reason I chose this brand was the SOFT pods and the prices. I bought a coffee pot which I couldn't figure out till I found these pods and to try a new coffee pot, the pods were just the right price.

My husband and I really enjoy the Green Mountain Maple Pecan flavored K-Cup Coffee. It was introduced to us by another family member and we were fortunate enough to be able to purchase this particular K-Cup at a local Bed, Bath & Beyond. However, after buying out their remaining stock (5 boxes) we got thrown into the self quarantine situation with the ongoing virus pandemic. As such we are so pleased that we were able to order online through Coffeehouse Express. We cannot thank you enough for making this particular K-Cup available. My order and product came through as promised during the purchase. I ordered the coffee condiment packets and they look different than the photo. They look flat so you can see what's inside. Instead it's a black rectangle packet and you can't see the items inside. A little disappointed there, but it'll do the job and I'll have no reservation about ordering from this company in the future.

Site and delivery was ok. Nothing special-just felt lucky that I was finally able to get pods made for the coffee pot I purchased. There was no packaging of individual pods: not sanitary at all. I’m hopeful that there were 50 as requested as I was too disgusted to count the individual pods. Hopefully gloves (clean) were used.
