Ordered the baby jogger summit Xc a week ago through their website, with no notification of back order or errors. 6-7 days later they tell me that it's on backorder and won' t receive it until August, 5 months later. Don't you think they should've realized this sooner and told me within a couple days. And when I call them to cancel my order, I keep getting a recorded message. How am I supposed to give you a piece of my mind? Very disappointing. I had a lot of faith in you.

I ordered 2 Sunshine Kids booster car seat. It is made of high quailty material. I love how the booster seat has a latch to attach to the car brackets which adds a safer ride than the standard booster seats that are on the market. I highly recommend any of these car seat or booster seat. The company shipped the car seats out the next day of me placing my order online.

I love shopping at ComfortFirst, the order came so fast, I was in shock,
great service and my crib canopy works perfectly like advertised, now I don't have to worry about my cats running and landing inside the Pack n Play,
great find cheaper then any other online store. so thank you again. completely satisfied with the whole experience. I will be shopping more with you guys from now on.

I ll never buy from comfort first ever again. It took me. 5 or 6 emails to try an cancel my order then finally they said they couldnt cancel pr change that i would have to return it an when i went to return it. It was 75 dollars. An a 25% stocking fee.

So i m going to make sure i let all my military wives at our next spouses group how unhappy i was with comfort first

I usually order from Amazon, but I was 75 cents short on what I NEEDED to order, lol. Somehow I found Comfort first and the product I needed had free shipping and was just the right price. Sold! It took a little longer to get here than I had expected but it still got here faster than most ordinary orders. Yay, Comfort1st! :)

I have ordered the stoke xplory stroller in blue melange with comfort 1st,. They were one of the few websites it still have it in stock and most importantly, they had the best price of the market. Shipping was free and I received the item in 1 day, in perfect condition. I'll keep on ordering baby gear with comfort 1st as I are very happy with their service
