I bought a dress, did not receive after more than a month of waiting. USPS did not recognize tracking #. I repeatedly contacted them. Kept telling me to wait. Finally said that they would send me another dress to replace the one that I never got. Another month or more has gone by and now they do not even bother to reply. I was scammed, pure and simple, as were the other close to 100 or so people on that particular website concerning the CoraChic Scam.

My story - it was March 2020, and I was caught off guard by the lack of toilet paper in the stores. So I searched for toilet paper on Google shopping, and that took me to Corachic. I felt they were a scam even back then, but it's not much money, and toilet paper was hard to buy at the time. So I bought toilet paper from them. Three months later, the shipment finally came, and it's these tiny rolls of toilet paper, which is NOT what I bought. But the toilet paper is back in store now, so I am not going to waste any more time on this matter.

I request e one dont buy anything from them "Corachic" .They are totally fake . We brought for 77.97 Dollar some indian clothes. Still we did not receive it . They lied that they have send it to us . They gave tracking no .when we called Royal Mail. They said it has been delived. How come on tacking it shows it has reached Broadstairs Delivery office on 6th June 10.08 and same time Royal Mail told me it have been delivered at your house at that same day and same time on 6th June at10.08. Some thing is fishy somewhere. Then they said they will reship my order again .but up to now they taking me round round . Nothing has reached up to now . Is there any contact no I can call them or how can I complain in UK or on international level to stop this company or take legal action against them. Pls be careful with such companies. THANKS

They are the same scam as Morechoo. They have pics of designer clothing then try to have copies made which are woeful. If you are fortunate enough to even get your order, you will be the proud owner of the ugliest dresses on the planet..i noticed the same dresses on both websites. Forget trying to get a refund. 6 months still waiting a

Highway robbery, it's my Fault after i saw all the bad reviews about the and still ordered from them 2 shoes, they send me on of them after almost 2 month, and that was in Favorite02-2020 The send me in 04-2020 saying they will send to me, but until now I didn't receive nothing even not answer To my all E-mails, i found them on Facebook i'm just Wondering how Facebook let them to get people money, i will Connecting Facebook to get answer

ORDERED SHOES BACK IN FEBRUARY - NOTHING TO DATE. SAME EMAIL RESPONSE FROM ELECTRONICALLY GENERATED 'SARA'TO REPEATED EMAILS. SAD THAT PINTEREST ALLOWS THEM TO PROMOTE ON THEIR WEBSITE. STEER WELL CLEAR.

CoraChic just take your money without sending any items! Have tried for three month to get a refund because they did never send anything to me and when i try to email them they don't respond.Don't give this SCAM company any money!!!

I ordered this product April 7 I didn't get in till June 7 and it was not even what I ordered. I ordered three disinfecting wipes for $50. I didn't receive what I ordered I got a alcohol wipe one little pack and it was opened. Omg. What horrible service this is fraud and a scam. And you cannot even get a hold of them because they will not return your emails How the hell am I gonna get my refund for $50.

These are CROOKS. They advertise essential products americans are scrambling to obtain on MANY websites...not disclosing they are in ASIA then MONTHS LATER...NO PRODUCTS ARRRIVE. Look at trustpilot and other complaint boards....these people are THIEVES and then they give paypal and credit companies FAKE TRACKING NUMBERS to prolong any refunds. i have been told by them THREE TIMES they will "refund me in 1 business day" yet it NEVER HAPPENS and ive had paypal disputes held up over their fake tracking numbers for shipments that NEVER SHIP...THIS KEEPS PAYPAL HAPPY THEN YOUR CLAIM IS DENIED. REPORT THESE ABUSERS EVERYWHERE YOU CAN..THEY ARE THIEVES...ABSOLUTE THIEVES.

Reviews on their site are great, outside of their site the reviews are terrible. I ordered two pairs of boots 2 months ago, nothing. Called PayPal to get a claim going, company then responds saying package was delivered but will resend. I replied I'll just go back to PayPal, then, "ok! We will refund money! But will take 14 days" doesn't take 14 days to refund money to PayPal. Scam Site. See trustpilot.com and Wisdom Ganga

I ordered a product almost 2 months ago. I have yet to receive it. So I asked to cancel, over a month ago. They agreed and said I would be issued a refund. Still no refund. I have sent several emails to them. They respond with the same rote answer, that they will refund me within 24 to 48 hours, or that they will send my inquiry to the "backstage" for processing. Complete scam!

I ordered boots in march by corachic. They have never been delivered. They seem to send the same tracking code to different people. The tracking code I got, said that the parcel has been delivered, but I have never seen anything. When I wrote them about it, they promised to send a new parcel of boots. Those also never where delivered and they stopped answering my mails. Please, do not order anything at corachic, if you don't want to loose your money. And I would like them to be stopped. I hope I can find a way to help them being stopped from theft.

As with a lot of the reviews,never received my products, never received refund, Fake duplicated tracking notes. Confirmed as not delivered to me at my address, by our national postal company. NZ Post. Items not resent. What else can I say, such a disappointment over loss of over $100.00. Part of the reason I ordered through them was that I saw them on Pinterest, a website I use and trust and made the mistake of not checking online for company reviews. Guess I will not be doing this again. What a pity there is no facility to give them a minus rating.

This business is a pure fraud!!! They took my money and refused to refund my money, like the others have posted, sent me and email saying to wait for my refund!!! Do NOT be FOOLED!!! This is a fraudulent site!!!!! If I could have given no stars I would have!!!

I ordered products from them 2-3 months ago. I figured due to c19. The shipping times would take longer I recently reached out to them. They then told me it was successfully delivered. But they shipped it to a different location that was not the shipping address. I asked for a refund since I didn't get the product and the product was not on its way. They keep telling me the products were delivered successfully even though I don't live there and provided a receipt proving that they shipped it to a wrong location. Definitely not worth the stress if you want your products shipped to you and not somewhere else.

My order was shipped to somewhere in Ontario and I live in Alberta. After many emails they said they would reship my order to the right address. That's the last time I heard from them. The website doesn't reflect that they shipped again and I have asked numerous times for the new tracking number with no replies. Then I asked numerous times for a refund with no replies. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I purchased through paypal in late Jan. Product didn't come before my trip (the reason for my purchase) and asked for a shipping tracking number. I emailed "support" five times and nothing. Then I disputed the charges with Paypal. At that point Jack Horner, not from their support email, gave me a tracking number. Paypal waited a little longer to see if I would receive the item. I still have not received the item, received an email from Jack Horner stating I would get a refund after four emails of me demanding a refund. Jack (Corachic AKA Newchu) then sent Paypal the tracking number in early March. It is now early April and Paypal refused to refund, closed my case, and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY PRODUCT. Paypal and Corachic (Newchu) are both on my S#!T list. UPDATE: 4/9/2020 Complained to Paypal about closing the case and showed them the email stating I would get a refund from the company. Paypal reopened my case and decided to refund me. :) Thank you Paypal.
