Just started my first purchase and was concerned about my order and a representative was kind and cordial found everything I needed to know. I am yet to take the my cycle. However, I have written all my stats and taken pictures. I am currently on my rest period so I will be starting fresh with CrazyBulk supplements. I will gladly report my results as I cycle through. The fact you can buy 2 get 1 is awesome,and the shipping I thought was ok as well said up to 7 and I got mine on day 4. The one thing that i don’t like is that my bottle of Tren says take 3 caps daily with food,if you look on their website it says something completely different which is to take 3 caps 45 min before workout,and on non workout days 1 with each meal. Don’t understand that but other than that I am happy with it so far,too early to tell if I’m gaing but if I do I will be buying more and will give 5 stars. Also didn’t get the guide that they said I’d get,if you say something you gotta do it

Ordered D-Bal on the 15/01/20 at 9am the delivery was made on 16/01/20 at 11am bottle was safe with seal on top air tight. After seeing bad reveiws online I gave it a try anyway and glad I did. Now to see how well they work ????????

Ordered your winsol from amazon u are the supplier twice and got the wrong product sent to me...so I had to return it twice and now I ordered straight from u....i called and talked to Carlos from your customer service and he told me to sent him the recipe from amazon and that he would take care of it and get back to me and that never happened....overall very unhappy and this will probably be the last time I order from you

Error in my command after 1month of waiting I didn't get my trenorol, i spent $356 for a full stack no explanation why there was no trenorol. Very frustrating and disappointing!!I await my response and hope this will be rectified. One star goes to the customer service online

Loyal / regular customer, goods not in the warehouse, waiting over 2 weeks for delivery .. had to pursue vehemently , no forewarning from customer services of supply / delivery issues .. not good enough !

I purchased product on the evening of Saturday January 11th, Sunday morning I tried to get in touch with someone through the chat to cancel my order as it said my order wasn’t even processed yet. The person I chatted with on the site told me weekends were non work days, which is perfectly understandable, but when I said I’d like to cancel they never responded and then ended the chat altogether. I then found the email in the FAQ section and immediately emailed requesting to cancel the order while it was still the weekend and a “non workday” I was told that even though the order hasn’t been shipped and it was a non workday, that the order could NOT be cancelled. If it hasn’t been shipped, and hasn’t even been dealt with due to non workday, how can it NOT be cancelled? So anyways, now I have to wait for the product to arrive and then send it back and hope that it makes it back, then wait several weeks for a refund. I’ve never come across a company that could not cancel something that hasn’t shipped nor been processed yet.
