I bought a clock it came packed great and beautiful . On the third day the clock quit working half way thru the 9 o'clock cycle. I emailed and asked for an exchange they emailed with instructions on how to fix the chain on the pulley. Doing what they suggested the chain came completely out of the clock. We emailed back and forth for a whole week I asked for a refund or exchange a couple of times. They keep saying it wasn't necessary and told me again how to fix the clock. After a few hours of trying and failing the suggested I take it to a clock shop. I again asked for a refund or exchange and the emailed the same directions . I tried again with no success . Tje clock is supposef to have a 2 year warranty i finnaly cut my loss and threw the clock away i will not buy anothet clock from this company.

I recieved my clock in a timely manner and it was delivered in perfect condition. I followed the set up instructions which were very easy. My clock works great and my wife and I couldn't be more happy. It is a beautiful piece of craftsmanship. Thank you.

This is the prettiest cuckoo clock we've had so far. It is an absolute gem. The chalet and all its elements, the dancers and wood chopper, the cuckoo and the songs are incredible. And so easy and always gives the correct time. The auto shut off of the cuckoo and songs according to the light is fantastic too. Great value.

Excellent service. From start to finish. Very happy with quality of clock . Delivery time to Scotland was exceptional. I am in the process of getting clock to keep good time. Need to be patient. Everybody who see s it thinks it is a work of art.

Everything went well, from the transaction, delivery was exact date, approximately a week. Price was fair compared to other in my area. Assembly was not what I expected. The small deer head over lapped the guns instead of laying flat against their mount. So the wood trigger on the gun cracked a bit when assembled. I think this could be avoided if they where to put it together before shipping to make sure all the pieces fit.

Cuckoo Palace is by far one of the easiest, most reliable, and most responsive companies I have ever dealt with. From selecting a clock through delivery, the shopping experience couldn't have been easier. The limited experience that I had with customer service resulted in a prompt and courteous response and they took care of all of my questions. As for the clock itself, I couldn't be happier. I select one of the carved clocks by Hones and the high level of detail and craftsmanship is remarkable. The clock has been running for five days now and when I compared the time against the time on the internet it hasn't differed by more that 20 to 30 seconds. I had thought about purchasing a Cuckoo clock for years, my only regret is that I waited so long. I would recommend the Cuckoo Palace to anyone interested in a new clock!

We have purchased 5 of these clocks for Family members. Their kids all enjoy watching the dancers and cuckoo bird do their thing. The clocks are excellent gifts especially for families with kids , several have told us ' best gift ever. Thank cuckoo palace .

I was amazed at how quickly the clock arrived. It came two days before the projected delivery date. The clock was well packed and in excellent condition. The finish on the clock is beautiful and the cuckoo brings a smile to my face every time I hear it. I definitely would purchase from Cuckoo Palace again.

My family was expecting to receive the New Cuckoo clock, since the old one we had was broken. My wife loved it since the first sight and my children as well. I am impressed about the quality of this clock and its accuracy. The Cuckoo arrived really fast; I put the order on Thursday and I received it next Monday and this includes the US custom transit. I definitely would buy again in this website!

Such a beautiful clock! We are all obsessed with it. The craftsmanship is so detailed and it's just lovely. The sensor worked for us - no problem. Really we just love this clock and look forward to getting another cuckoo clock from here in the future. I feel like we are now wanting to be cuckoo collectors!!! The clock I ordered was exactly as it looked on website, it is absolutely beautiful! The sounds and music are not super loud and the auto night shutoff is great. I really love my clock, if there is a bigger replica ever made, I will definitely order it.

I have a black forest grandfather clock but always wanted a cuckoo clock. It means a lot to me also since my grand mother was German. This clock displays the finest in German black forest clocks. I see nothing better.

As described. Clock is much better in person than as shown in pictures. Very nicely built, clock ticking is relaxing and reminds of other cuckoo clocks (from my past). Secure shipping, and the instructions and videos were helpful. Although the chalet-style clocks looked great with the music or other moving parts (beer drinker, dancers, or lumberjack), I am happy with what I got. Wish I would have purchased earlier...thanks!
