Duplicated an order in error on 10th April due to the Curry's website not working properly. Sent one of the duplicated items straight back and they acknowledged receipt soon after but they haven’t refunded me my money. Customer service line now not operating and they don’t answer phone. Nearly a month later and Curry’s have pretty much stolen £159 of my money. Don’t use them. Shop local. I have already taken this further But want to warn others of how terrible this company is when something goes wrong. Awful company.

Bought a Google home nest a month ago online decided it was not what I required so I tried to return it, as per customer guidelines. Waited on the phone for hours and no reply then decided to email them. They sent me an email saying they would reply in 24 hours then closedown the email address. I certainly will never use this bunch of con artists again.

The worse customerservice you are ever likely to come across, All of their competitors should be very happy as I can't see how anybody would consider using Currys even if they were giving 50% discounts and vouchers to the Caribbean. I grew a beard in the time it took them to take my call and then watched all of my hair fall out as I was on hold... 3 Hours in total to be told we can't resolve your issue, perhaps you should talk to your bank. This was regarding an order that was cancelled in error by their call centre rep and they then told me my £400 refund had been declined??? How can you take money and then decline to refund it you thieves... Still tryi g to get any response after 10 days. NEVER EVER USE CURRYS!!!

Would leave 0 if i could bought a £700 fridge freezer 5 weeks ago they delivered it smashed to bits i have emailed them 5 times, waited for over 10hrs on the phone been cut off 4 times. Rang sales got through in under 2 mins finally got a date to collect. Struggled to repack it and get it outside for collection, no one turned up. Its now sst in the garage and my family is forced to lift out of a coolbox. I am emailing all senior managers and the CEO tomorrow.

Went into my local Currys to buy one (Basingstoke) and waited 20 minutes for a member of staff... Had time to write the manager a note saying how poor the service was.
It's no wonder that DSG are in trouble with poor service like this.. Will be buying on-line from another retailer and never shopping in Curry's again.

Treated ourselves to a new tumble dryer, not a cheap one, over £300. Arrived with two massive dents on one side. Was going to accept compensation of 10% off as thought it was only cosmetic. Only to realise that dents are so in caved it hits the drum when on. Serious hazard which heats up the metal. Really dangerous. Now the tumble dryer is apparently out of stock and been on phone now for over 2 hours, keep getting cut off as soon as answering. Fuming! Never buy from currys again!!!!!

I would give currys zero stars. I brought a Fitbit versa 2 and they send me a Fitbit charge. I sent several emails about it all of which have gone unanswered. Today I called them, waiting over one hour and still no one picked up. I know that services are limited atm but I have not come across such poor service. I will never shop at currys again.

Same experience as other reviewers: Bought a faulty laptop on line from Curry’s, spent several hours in phone queues only to be cut off, chat say that “it’s not showing up in the system” even though the DPD tracker confirmed that it had been delivered to Curry’s three days ago. Email bounced back. Nightmare experience, not resolved yet.

Went in store, sales assistant on mobile, didn't even know I was there, didn't even look up. Bunch of 'management staff' 10 feet away, discussing 'really important stuff'
Hey guys, don't worry about your customers, or training your incapable staff. Just you sit there discussing stuff and being very important.
Bought Parallels for Mac, as a bundle, with Windows 10.
Absolute pile of junk, asked for a credit (not a refund) Currys washing their hands of this, because I broke the seal.
"How else was i going to find out that this product sucked?"
Currys answer "contact Parallels support"
They also ****.
Currys customer service is non existent.
Wake up Britain, go online, stop putting up with this nonsense.
I will never, use Currys again, I don't care where I have to shop or how much more I have to spend.
I have just bought a Dell XPS15, not from Currys and I will buy my ceramic Apple watch, direct from Apple.
I am happy that I will never darken their door again.
Good bye and good riddance
