I love this program but had a bit of trouble transferring data from one year to the next. Also when I save I lose track of which is the current file. That could be just me but I have to keep changing the name so I can find the latest file.

I have purchased planners from DHX Soft for several years. The planners do exactly what they say, are easy to use and produce meaningful reports. The after service support for any issues is always prompt and efficient - thanks, Dave!

One suggestion. As a global organisation it would be useful to be able to pre-select multiple country's public holidays at the same time. Currently, I select one and then manually add all the others for the other 8 countries where I have staff based. Time-consuming if you consider I have to add up to 12 dates per year for each staff member.

I reached out for help with converting the planner to Office 365 and David Hartley from dhxsoft support responded quickly, help me, he resolved the issue and now it is working perfectly. I also ended up buying all of 2016 :) Thank you!

I think the product is very good, however I have one time saving suggestion. When there is more than one continuous day of leave it would be better if you can simply drag the mouse across the days involved and simply click once. At the moment I have to click on each day and let it update a day at a time.
