I telephoned Saturday morning and spoke to a chap called Stewart, who was very efficient, friendly and guided me through the booking procedure with care and patience. He even gave me his direct telephone line in case of future query. The booking/ordering system, aided by Stewart was very pleasurable and now all we need to do is enjoy the holiday i booked.

The fee for changing details is disgraceful, especially as we tried changing details on the day of booking (Sunday), were told we couldn't until Monday and then spent all week trying to get through on the phone line!

Spoke to a young lady Aimee Henderson , she was so helpful and very friendly nothing was too much bother for her , will tell all my friends that this company is well worth trying for holiday bookings

I dealt with a gentleman called Andrew, he was polite, articulate, clearly spoken and patient. It was an absolute joy to speak to him. He deserves a raise and no I'm not related to him ha ha.

Huge price increase from last year, when i said i didn't want insurance from them their rep said she would reduce it. In other words they were trying to rip me off with the huge increase in the first place..
