My office has three machines that I have been purchasing parts for my machines along with toners and everything that relates to printing from discount copier center. It's been over three years that we have been using this company and we are completely satisfied with the customer support and knowledge that we have recieved. I run a fast pace business and often do not have time to go back-and-forth on issues like this but this company has made it really easy for me to order stuff and provide customer support when our staff is not knowledgeable in fixing or installing certain products or parts that we have ordered. This company is one of the easiest companies to work with , HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THEM.

Contacted the seller prior to ordering equipment and was extremely satisfied with the results. Although the equipment hasn't arrived yet, I believe the equipment will be as advertised. Good company to do business with....open and caring.

I appreciate the the quick turn around time between placing and receiving my order. They address my concerns quickly and to my satisfaction. I only wish I received a confirmation of my order, estimated delivery time, and did not have to request such each time. Overall satisfied.

outstanding customer service, every time I call Ivett Damian helps me to find part numbers and place my orders for next day shipping . Best customer service ever.....Mr. Adil and Ms. Ivette the best. They are so helpful, if I need tech support they help you. They have everything that you can imagine for your Konica c6500 copier. I will definitely buy from them again!

I Like DCC because they have treated me Very well since day one, when i was looking for a critical part for a new hi speed color printer. The staff continue to give excellent service every time i deal with them.

Package arrived quickly, but contents were damaged.. toner everywhere! Customer service was alerted 3 days ago and said they would call me back shortly.... no reply as yet. I've provided an email with a picture of the package contents, sent follow-up emails and left several voice messages trying to resolve this. We will be needing these supplies for our copier and may need to purchase replacements elsewhere. I understand shipping problems take time to be worked out, but 3 days and no reply is unacceptable. I am very disappointed.

Ordering was easy and efficient. Shipping cost was high! My box arrived by Fed Ex and I found it in the rain on the side of the road, beside my mailbox the day after it was delivered. I guess my complaint is with Fed Ex rather than Discount Copier.

Was very pleased with the service given by DCC. Quick response to my questions and very helpful. Sales team takes their time in helping you find exactly what you are looking for. I didnt have a part number reaching out to this company and they managed to find the part i needed . Great company!

DCC is the best for our copier needs! Ivett & Adelle are always super friendly & helpful. Their prices are good & shipping is fast! Top notch customer service & we're loyal to them. You can't go wrong with DCC.

I as really happy with Dcc, I bought a bizhub c550 fuser unit, my local tech came and installed the part it gave a error code and I was told its bad parts, I called dcc tech walked me through to reset the and it worked amazing.

Just ordered D56QAPM250 PM KIT. I can't believe that they are selling it on lowest price ever in just $175. I found other companies selling same PM kit in $293 & so on. If you are planning to buy copier parts & OEM toners etc, then discount copier center is best choice for you.

I am not much savvy with online stores and usually prefer to buy parts from traditional market but this store is much user friendly and I easily placed my first order there which saves much of my time as well as money. Will shop here again soon.

Recently the imaging unit of my copier started malfunctioning and it was very terrifying for me that I would have to buy a new machine now but luckily I found the same genuine part at discount copier center and it made my machine alive again with perfect compatibility.

I owned a small printing company and frequently requires toner cartridges and copier parts. Before visiting this store I had to research market to get products at best price but now I figured this store that contains most of the parts at lowest price. Now its my first priority to buy from this store to get the needed parts at lowest price.
