---------update ---- January 8, 2017-------
Sad to say- still didn't receive my order. Interestingly the seller responded to my email shortly after I posted my first poor review on 12/21/2016. Their limp response was that the were busy during the holidays- remember I placed this order on November 18, 2016. Now the say the tanks were shipped by UPS on 12/28/2016. I live less than 200 miles from one of their 5 stores. ****? When I try to track the shipping @ UPS, it indicates the shipping information was deleted by Divers-Supply. I'm on the verge of canceling my order, and just purchase LOCALLY.
---------------- January 14th, 2017 Update---------------------------------
After making the previous post, and then sharing it on FaceBook, somebody named Frank called me on my cell phone. He apologized profusely and said "they" had dropped the ball, but did not go into details. Frank was committed to solving the problem and took care of business the way it should have been done back in November. My Tanks arrived last night via-UPS. I asked for a couple of small items for my inconvenience and Frank was agreeable. Will I do business with them in the future? (Not likely -their business could really benefit by doing some simple things like listening to customers via phone, following up on every phone call, and especially monitoring and responding to emails. Diver's Supply uses a big-city approach to customer service -meaning- they treat you the same as you would get treated by a very large business like Xfinity or Centurylink. Macon, Georgia is not big-city. (Thanks goes out to Frank for quickly resolving the situation) :-)

But no mention of the product being out of stock when I placed the order, or BEFORE my partial order shipped and they had no problem charging my card for the full amount.
I tried using their live chat feature three times, nobody responds. The 3rd time someone responded and said can I help you, but then after I typed my question, there was no response for 15min so I closed chat.
I also emailed their customer service 2 day's ago and still have not received a reply. I'll stick with my regular online supplier from now on. Tried to save a couple bucks and now I'm pissed.
I rated their customer service 1 star because not only have they not told me anything about my backorder status, but their live chat feature is useless and it obviously takes more than 2 day's to answer email about order status.
****UPDATE: After 7 days I finally got a email reply. They said they were not sure how long my items would be on backorder, it usually takes 2-3wks, but if I called on Monday they would research it further.
This is hilarious because in the 7 day's it took them to reply, I got a shipping notification from UPS My Choice that the package was on the way, 3 day's earlier.
Sooooooo.....the person that replied to my email, never even bothered to look up my order in the computer or look to see if the item came back in stock before sending me a stupid reply. WOW. Oh and by the way, I got nothing from them saying that my order was shipping or anything, the only reason I knew is because I'm a member of UPS My Choice and they always notify you when a package is on it's way.****
