I dealt with this company for the first time last week. They are honest and trustworthy people who obviously care a great deal about their reputation. Relax, you have found a company that makes an effort to be the best.

I sold some games to Dkoldies and they were very fair with their pricing and quick to respond to questions that I had. Everything went smoothly and I am looking forward to selling to them again in the future.

Ordered Animal Crossing for the gamecube to play on my Wii. I live in Australia QLD and it took 37 days to get here, which is understandable due to covid. Game works great, but please keep in mind that Wii’s are region locked, this means if your in Aus like me, you cannot play games from different regions. The game i purchased is USA region and I had to hack my Wii just to change the region to match the game so it would work, but that’s my fault for not looking into it. Overall good experience with them! They definitely are legit and would buy again, but some games are overpriced especially when international shipping is an extra $20+ if you want tracking.

Why is it so expensive i went to find the differences as i went to dkoldies website first and they sell a playstation 2 for 140$?! i bought one on ebay for only 70 bucks! also the games are sometimes overpriced like need for speed underground 2 its 25$ and i bought my copy for only 11$

Working with DKOldies to sell our Nintendo equipment and games was a very pleasant experience. Ash was prompt in responding to my emails, offered a fair price and in less than a week of shipping my items to him, I had a check. A refreshing experience. I just have to say.. These people are awesome!!!! Thank The lord there are still nice people. I decided to sell my n64 to them with some accessories and they gave me a very good price and I just love this place. And they have awesome things to buy. My only complaint is the consoles are a tad too expensive. But I'm giving them 5 stars because that's not a big worry. Besides, the consoles are expensive, but the games are cheap as hell!!!. I recommend this place more than 100% of the time

I ordered a few things from them, a controller, a vmu for dreamcast and 2 games. When I got the box it was missing a game and the receipt just said backordered. Noone emailed me and told me about this or offered me a refund until I emailed them. Then they said would I like to wait for it to come back in stock or get a refund I asked for a different game that was a $15 more for the trouble. Which I find reasonable seeing as I wasn't informed at all about the situation and now I am out $15 with no game for who knows how long. They haven't responded since then I will give them till tomorrow to respond. But the lack of response is ridiculous.

I don’t know why people are putting such bad reviews . But I haven’t had any problems . With DKoldies my game collection has gone up tremendously .Thanks to DKoldies . And looking forward to shopping with them more . I even recommended a friend and they are even . Pleased with DKoldies Thank DKoldies you guys are . The best !!!!!!!

I purchased a gamecube, mariokart double dash, and super mario sunshine and the console and controller were not in good shape. They were both clearly well used and had obvious scratches. The gamecubes laser sometimes just didn't work and the controller had a lot of wear and tear. The prices were huge in comparison to sites like ebay. When it comes to the games one of them just flat out didn't work no matter how hard I tried. I would not buy from these people just use ebay or your countries equivalent

My order took weeks to arrive (no problem because it is the holiday season) but when it finally arrived the controller and console didn't work. The console didn't read disc's and the controller didn't work. Pretty bad customer experience so far. They shipped me another system and it didn't work either. The people were nice and helpful at the customer service department but I would never purchase from them again, their products don't work!!

My order came on time and everything worked perfectly. Unfortunately I did have one mix up with one piece of the order and they were extremely helpful in sending it back out immediately. Customer Service is top notch and I would highly recommend to anyone. Look forward to purchasing from them again.

I love dkoldies a lot!!! Everytime I shop from here, I am always satisfied the house. They never disappoint at all, ever thing that I had gotten from them worked & I'm just so happy that I have discovered them. The customer service is great, returning items is not a hassle, they ship quick, they always let you know when they've sent your purchase & they have warranty on their items but only for 4 months I believe. You always get good deals, coupon codes & giveaways. Last time you had put a review of any item to get a 100$ credit for you to shop on their website. Doing returns are not a hassle they send an email w/ their address & they want a reason for why you'd want to return something. You don't get your money back but you do get store credit or a new item sent to you & I don't care cause I can use the store credit to shop for games & accessories on their website. I love it & I am so happy that I found it cause they do promise you a good experience w/ them. I recommend dkoldies cause you can't go wrong when it comes to shopping w/ them.

A great big THANK YOU goes out to DKOldies for giving my old Atari games a new home! This company was very professional and easy to work with to sell my old games! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Bad packaging for years, most my orders were broken or with issues. Now customer service and even the owner are ignoring me. Sure they said I could exchange my most recently broken game, but then ignored all other questions till I complained to the owner. Then the owner didn’t even respond, but had the rude service rep email me answers to all the questions he previously ignored. Now they both ignore me as I try to finalize an exchange. Garbage. Should have known better when my first order ( majoras mask) showed up smashed to pcs cause of poor packaging, and still the same packaging for single cartridges years later. Shop around... they don’t have exclusive services or best prices anyways.

Oh my gosh, they are so wonderful my wife is battling pancreatic cancer and we need wired controllers for to have fun during this tough time. They got us the controllers, very quickly and by the end of the week she was having a little fun thanks to the people at DKolides.
Usually people take their sweet time getting items to you but not them. They understand what our family is going through and wanted to help and help they Did.

ive orderd many games from them for the Gamecube and all but one were in good conditioning worked, when I contacted them about the one, they responded within 24 hours and were speedy with replacing it. and shipping is always fast (1-2 weeks)

I had an issue with my order and DKOldies took care of it right away, no questions asked. I appreciate that they took my word for it as it showed that they care about their customers' satisfaction. My games came in excellent condition and I will certainly order from them again.

Received a refurbished item that was not as advertised. Right away I contacted them to send it back. They only seem to respond to emails about every three days or so. Even though they promised a return shipping label it took a week before they sent it. Interesting because refunds are only for returns within 7 days. Letting the credit card company handle my refund through a dispute

Bought Mario 1, 2, 3 and a System and it was perfect. My kids and I love playing the old games and this store is great.
